"Cappone" is a charming 2-room apartment of 36 m2 situated on the 1st floor, designed to accommodate a maximum of 3 guests, specifically 2 adults and 1 child. The apartment features 1 bedroom equipped with 2 beds: a single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and a double bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The living and dining area is bright and thoughtfully furnished, offering direct access to a private terrace with sea views and terrace furniture for outdoor relaxation. The open kitchen is seamlessly integrated into the living space and is fully equipped for everyday use. The apartment also includes 1 bathroom fitted with a shower and WC. Access to the apartment is via an exterior spiral staircase, which is not suitable for guests with mobility difficulties.
