Appartamento Anice C is a welcoming apartment situated in a central location, at a short distance from the main tourist attractions of the city. It sleeps three people. From Appartamento Anice C you will enjoy a characteristic view of the surrounding buildings. Appartamento Anice C is 55 square meters (590 square feet). It features air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in a pedestrian precinct, in the historic center of Trapani, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation, the beach and the tourist port. You will find a number of restaurants and a grocery store a few meters (feet) away, the bus stop at 450 meters (1480 feet) and the closest beach (Mura di Tramontana beach) at 350 meters (approximately 380 yards).
Appartamento Anice C is located on the first floor of a five story building. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building by way of an elevator.
You will not need a car to stay at Appartamento Anice C. If you do have one, you will be able to park it for a fee, using a valet service. The pick up/drop off point is located at approximately 150 meters (165 yards). The service is available from 7.30 am to 11 pm.

Tourist tax, paid locally: EUR 3.50 per person per night. Guests aged under 10 are exempt. Refundable security deposit paid cash upon arrival: EUR 200 (it is returned to you at check-out).

The apartments are part of an elegant five-storey building that includes 37 rooms or apartments with a maximum capacity of 95 people.


The building also has a breakfast room, a restaurant and a rooftop bar from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the sea and of the roofs of Trapani.

Laundry room
A laundry room is on the ground floor. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. You will share the laundry room with the other guests staying at the complex. Please note that the laundry service is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally.  Living Room
The living room is paved with tiles with inlaid designs. The furnishings are modern and welcoming. Here you will find a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). The furnishings include an armchair and a desk. The room has a window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. The kitchen has no door. It is equipped with a two-burner induction cooker, a small refrigerator without freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate three guests. The kitchen has no windows.
Bedroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a king-size bed (180 cm/71 inches). In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter two small terraces equipped with table and chairs through two French doors. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through an access area.
