Villa Marsica F is a modern and graceful studio apartment immersed in a splendid landscape, in the heart of a wonderful little town. It sleeps two people. From Villa Marsica F you will have a nice view of the greenery and of the other buildings. Villa Marsica F is 30 square meters (320 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a small private terrace, a private patio, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the center of Miane, a few steps from restaurants and shops.
Villa Marsica F is located on the ground floor of a three story building. You will reach it from the parking area going up approximately three stairway steps.
To stay at Villa Marsica F you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge in a parking space. The parking space is suitable for at most one car. Villa Marsica F is one of the holiday homes available in a small complex (you can find these holiday homes on this website). The complex is composed of 3 separate buildings sharing a garden, two patios and a swimming pool. It sleeps about 40 people in total.


Villa Marsica A is a wonderful independent house, Villa Marsica D is located in a separate building. Villa Marsica B, Villa Marsica C, Villa Marsica E and Villa Marsica F are part of a detached building, located next to the garden.
Swimming Pool
You will reach the swimming pool from the garden going up approximately five stairway steps. The pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 8 meters (26 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. The area is equipped with chairs, a sun umbrella and sun loungers. This area is also equipped with masonry benches. You will share the pool area with guests staying at 5 other apartments. The swimming pool is open from mid-April until the end of September.

Patio 1
The first patio is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a wood roof. It is equipped with wood benches and with a table and chairs. The patio is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.
Patio 2
The second patio is 12 square meters (130 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic wood roof. It is equipped with chairs. The patio is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.
Garden
The garden is 900 square meters (9700 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a wood roof. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and deck chairs. The garden is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garden. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. You will share the laundry room with the other guests staying at the complex.  Terrace
The terrace is 6 square meters (65 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will have a view of the nearby buildings and of the garden.
Patio
The patio is 12 square meters (130 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a wood roof. It is equipped with two armchairs and with a table and chairs.
Living Room
The living room is paved with wood. The ceiling has white exposed wood beams. Here you will find a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include four armchairs. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner gas cooker, a small refrigerator without freezer, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate two guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has two windows. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.
