Magnificent apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, steps from Plaza Cataluña, El Born area, steps from the beach. top location. Capacity from 4 to 6 people. 2 double rooms with single beds that can be put together, + double sofa-bed in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Private balcony + shared roof terrace. Renovated building with elevator. The nearest metro station is Arc de Triomf, 10 minutes from the Sagrada Familia. The beach can also be reached in 10 minutes on foot. Parking in the building.

It is in a very nice area, near El Born, you can walk to the main tourist spots. The Picasso Museum, Arc de Triomf, Ciutadella Park are very close to the apartment. Easy walk to La Sagrada Familia church or Port Olímpic (nightlife and great seafood restaurants).

We have an automated check-in system, so the time of arrival does not matter.

We really enjoyed our stay at this well siituated apartment, we were two couples and had reasonable amount of space although one bedroom is very tight and we had to keep luggage and clothing in the living room. The kitchen had basic accessories but it would be great for all VRBOs to have consistent coffee makers as we had to purchase pods andonly on two of the four were the same. Apartment was walking distance to major sights. Barcelona is a WOW city to visit!

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The unit had plenty of space for our family of six. It was in a central location and very clean. The A/C was great. We never had concerns when walking around and it was within a 20 minute walk of major attractions.Check-in was a little confusing. Watch out for an email or airbnb message to provide passport info for all guests (a local requirement). You will not get entry notes without it filled out several days in advance. However, there is an app that makes entry very easy.Though not furnished exactly as pictured, I understand that they own the building and have several units with a similar layout.Our only concern was the master bath shower. It was extremely slippery. Almost everyone who used it slipped or fell, with one of us having a grapefruit sized bruise. It would probably be a good idea to put down anti-slip strips.

Short walk to Sagrata Familia

Great plan to stay. Short walk to Metro and multiple points of interest. Parking available in the basement of buildings was very convenient!

great location, plenty of space, grocery store across the street, couldn't ask for more! While the apartment wasn't quite the same as the pictures (I think they have more than one apartment in the building), it was reasonably close in decor.

Well located apartment in good area.

While our unit didn't look exactly like these pictures, it was similar. The master bedroom was good sized, but the second bedroom was very small with nowhere to even set a suitcase - even floor space was minimal. The bathrooms were great and the kitchen/dining/living area was nice. We were able to walk to many places (Sagrada Familia) and it was easy to catch a cab. The neighborhood was quiet and there was a small, but very well-stocked grocery directly across the street. We enjoyed our stay in this unit.

Ein gutes, sehr modern eingerichtetes Quartier in hervorragender Lage

Wer Barcelona erkunden möchte, hat mit dieser Ferienwohnung die richtige Entscheidung getroffen. Wir waren zu dritt mit unserem Sohn fünf Tage da: Zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder, ein großes gemeinsames Wohnzimmer und eine zweckmäßig eingerichtete Küche (ohne Geschirrspüler) zeugen von einer großzügigen Raumaufteilung. Wenn es etwas zu beanstanden gibt, dann die fehlenden Wisch- und Abtrocknungstücher und auch ein Küchenschwamm wäre nützlich. Der Tisch, an dem sechs Personen sitzen können, ist etwas zu groß geraten. Das beeinträchtigt die ansonsten geschlossene Wohnatmosphäre. Ein etwas kleinerer Tisch und dafür vor der Couch ein kleiner Ablage- oder Couchtisch würden das Ambiente verbessern. Und vielleicht belebten zwei, drei Bilder (gute Druckgrafiken beispielsweise - Barcelona als Künstlerdomizil bietet ja einiges davon) ebenfalls den Gesamteindruck. Dennoch: wir würden dieses Quartier immer empfehlen und kommen auch gern wieder. Familie Jahr-Weidauer, Berlin
