The location is truly exceptional. Located on the Southwest coast path and sat just a couple of minutes' walk from a year-round dog-friendly beach, this apartment is the perfect base for exploring South East Cornwall and beyond. Seaton beach, which can be seen just down from the apartment, has a river running through it and offers miles of walking along the beach at low tide. Large granite rocks of all colours pepper this lovely secluded beach and shoreline which is usually wonderfully quiet. We have a small footpath opposite our entrance that takes you down a narrow path right onto the sea wall and beach.
Mount Brioni is situated in an area dubbed ‘Cornwall's forgotten corner'. On the quieter south coastline, hidden-gem Seaton is just three miles east of the popular visitor destination and historic harbourside town Looe and within easy distance of most of Cornwall's attractions such as The Lost Gardens of Heligan and The Eden Project. Just across the river Tamar, about 30 minutes away, you can find Plymouth with lots of maritime history and plenty of shops and bars. The A38 links Seaton to the rest of Cornwall too but once you arrive here it is tempting just to stay and enjoy the sound of the sea and the relaxing atmosphere.
Seaton is a small charming village surrounded by rolling countryside and pristine coastline, it's also home to one of only four Country Parks in Cornwall, Seaton Valley Countryside Park, the first nature reserve in the region to receive a green flag. In the village there is a great pub, beach bar and a café right on the beach and less than 2 minute's walk away! In the next villages, within a pleasant walking distance, you will find a pub with a great sea view terrace and a tapas / wine bar serving. A short drive away is a farm shop with small café where you stock up with all the essentials.
Free private parking for one car, Wi-Fi, towels, and bedding are all included.
