A great location which was nice and quiet. The house was newly renovated to a very high standard - so much so the beautiful art it was decorated put my own house to shame!Communication with the client was brilliant, and they were always open whenever we had a question. I would thoroughly recommend staying here

Excellent villa in a lovely resort set in the beautiful coastal town of Cascai. The villa was very well equipped with everything you need and the accommodation was clean and spacious. It had recently been refurbished so everything was new. The owner was exceedingly helpful with local recommendations which we found very helpful. Would definitely recommend and we will visit again.

Great location and great manager

We very much enjoyed our stay. The location is great -- close to a large pool pool and small cluster of shops -- bakery, hairdresser and mini-market. Also walking distance to tennis, horse riding, a soccer camps. Maria, the host, is very helpful and nice.

A great place to stay

This property is on a super site, that’s beautifully maintained. It has an excellent bakery/cafe, mini market and restaurant/takeaway. The swimming pool is superb and the grounds well maintained. The property is away from the centre of Cascais but on a good regular bus route, with tickets 2 euros for the day!

Fantastic all around

LOVED Maria’s place in Vila Bicuda. Wonderful house, fantastic back patio, kids swam every day, 3 minute walk to the market and bakery, easy to get anywhere in Cascais in minutes, and Maria was a perfect host. Wonderful!

Great experience

Maria was a wonderful hostess. Very accommodating and quick to respond. Perfect location for a family to stay. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking and storing food. Maria was able to provide a crib and high chair for us which was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay and it made visiting our friends and family fun and easy

Lovely stay, great host! 😁

The property is well equipped and presented. The complex is excellent with 2 good pools and a bakery which also does light meals, and a decent supermarket. It is easy to get around Cascais with uber. Maria's hosting made the visit as she communicated with us really well, giving us lots of useful information, especially restaurant recommendations! We visited a few of her suggestions and they were all excellent. Overall we had a brilliant holiday and would love to return.

Photos don't really do property or facilities justice. Great bakery, two large quiet pools within 25 mins of Lisbon and Sintra and 5 mins from Cascais. Airy roomy air conditioned property. Well equipt and clean

Cadre idyllique dans la résidence avec une piscine extraordinaire et toutes les commodités. La maison est très bien équipée. La salle de bain aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement. Séjour très agréable.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in gepflegter Anlage und sehr freundlicher Vermieterin

Sehr gute Ausgangsbasis für Strand und Stadtausflüge im Westen Lissabons. Gepflegte und ruhige Anlage mit gut ausgestattetem, etwas in die Jahre gekommenen Ferienhaus. Die Vermieterin ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit- gerne wieder!

Großzügig, gute ausgestattet, gehobene Standard

Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig mit 2 sehr große Schlafzimmern, Wohnzimmer, Terasse und Gemeinschaftsgarten. Das Vila Bicuda Park is sehr gut gepflegt und gehoben. Sauberes großes Schwimmbad und ausreichend liegen von hoher Qualität. Wir haben die Wohnung von Maria sehr genossen. Sehr gut und vollständig ausgestattet. So gut das wir kaum im Restaurant waren. Wir haben mit Freude gekocht und gegrillt um schön auf die Terasse zu essen während die Kindern im Garten gespielt haben. Wir kennen die Gegend rundum Cascais und Lissabon und haben uns absichtlich für Vila Bicuda entschieden weil es eine hohe Standard hat. Mit Bolt oder Uber ist es zu die Strände (Cascais oder Guincho) etwa €5 kostet. Nach Lissabon oder zum Flughafen ist es etwa 40 Minuten und kostet €25. wir können es sehr empfehlen! Vielen Dank an die gute Gastgeberin.

Pure ontspanning

Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en Maria is een geweldige gastvrouw. Het zwembad is heel ruim en voldoende bedjes en parasols. Het winkeltje heeft alle dagelijkse behoeften en de bakker heeft heerlijk brood en gebak. Het is 10 minuten rijden naar het centrum van Cascais en stranden.

Vila Bicuda resort is een mooie locatie maar de (prive)woning was gedateerd

Vila Bicuda is een mooie resort. Heeft 2 mooie grote zwembaden. Op het terrein heb je een mini market en een bakker met heerlijke gebakjes en goede lunchgerechten. Het restaurant op het terrein is prima om te eten. Pin automaat is aanwezig . Er zijn enkele positieve aspecten maar ook enkele minpunten op de woning.(huisnr. 16): Maria is een vriendelijke gastvrouw. Zij beheert de woning voor andere eigenaar. De huissleutel konden wij bij de beveiliger ophalen omdat het om een privé woning betrof. De woning is gedateerd. Keukenkastje onder de wastafel eerst schoongemaakt en alle lege verpakkingen en flesjes weggegooid voordat het gebruikt kon worden. In de keuken hing een lampje boven het gasfornuis bloot aan een kroonsteentje. Lampje kon niet aan, omdat stoom of vocht een gevaarlijke situatie kon geven. Er was ook geen afzuigkap aanwezig. De koelkast koelde niet het bleef op een vries stand, waardoor vershoudproducten niet goed bewaard kon blijven. De vriezer had een hele dikke ijslaag en moest nodig ontdooit worden! De badkamer was erg beschimmeld, eerst HG tegen schimmel gekocht en ingespoten om het enigszins schoon te krijgen. Badkamer was niet schoongemaakt na verblijf van de vorige gasten. Het was voor het oog opgeruimd. Stopcontact in de slaapkamer was defect en kon niet gebruikt worden, dekplaatje zat los. Stofzuiger was aanwezig, maar stofzuigerzak zat tjokvol en kon niet gebruikt worden. Aangezien de schoonmaakkosten € 50,00 bedroegen hadden wij wel enige properheid verwacht en niet dat we zelf aan de slag moesten gaan om schoonmaakspullen te kopen en schoon te maken. Woning heeft een goede opknapbeurt nodig. Wij hebben een leuke vakantie gehad, maar gezien de hoge kosten hadden we een andere verwachting gehad en naar onze mening voldeed het zeker daar niet aan.

Très belle résidence, extrêmement bien entretenue et avec de belles prestations (gardien, boulangerie, piscine très agréable et très grande). Nous avons très bien accueilli. Le logement est très spacieux et confortable mais la terrasse mériterait d’être mieux entretenue pour encore plus de confort . Également très bien situé pour visiter Lisbonne et ses environs. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Buen apartamento pero no es para 5

El apartamento esta en una magnífica urbanizacion. Muy tranquila, una impresionante piscina con muy poca gente, y seguridad privada. La propia urbanizacion tiene un pequeño supermercado y una panadería, o mas bien La Panadería, porque Sacolinha tiene el mejor pan que he comido. El apartamento es perfecto para 4 personas, tanto por tamaño de las habitaciones como por la comodidad de las camas, el problema es que éramos 5, y el sofa cama que viene en la web vale para un niño pequeño, pero para alguien que pese mas de 30 kilos es francamente incómodo. En el resto de cosas, bien en lineas generales, aunque a las personas encargadas de la limpieza habría que exigirles algo más de dedicación.

O condomínio é maravilhoso, a casa é muito espaçosa com tudo o que precisamos para nossa estadia, Maria e Constança são muito atenciosas e prestativas, a única coisa é que a limpeza poderia ser mais caprichada, dando atenção aos cantos, janelas e vidros.

Nice location but dated apartment

There are some positive aspects of this accommodation but some negatives also. Maria was a good hostess and the property is located on a very pleasant and well landscaped development with very good amenities including two swimming pools with plenty of loungers. The apartment, however was neither detached nor semi detached as described on the website, as it has adjoining properties both side. We felt it was dated, and you didn't have to look very far to see it was not particularly clean, eg dust on the handrails and around all the door frames. Some of the decor is in need of renewal with a crack on the bath rim and numerous cracked tiles. One of the electrical sockets in a bedroom was clearly unusable with Sellotape stuck across the front of it. We were also not impressed by a grubby bowl of damp sugar which greeted us on the kitchen worktop. We enjoyed our stay but in view of the relatively high cost, we expected much higher standards and in our opinion it is not good value.
