It is located in a traffic-free area, accessible by car, in a perfect position to reach the main tourist destinations on foot.
The apartment is equipped with smart TV, heating, Wi-Fi, AC and audio system with Bluetooth. The kitchen area is equipped with a microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine (not dryer), as well as a ready-made Nespresso coffee machine; we will make sure to provide coffee and sugar at check-in to allow for a traditional Italian start to the day.
This is the composition of the apartment:
-living room with kitchenette where there is a double bed (foldaway bed) with a single orthopedic and non-foldable mattress 20 cm high;
- bedroom and bathroom with double bed plus single bed which, if necessary, transforms into a bunk bed, with the possibility of hosting 3 people in the room.
The bathroom has a comfortable 150x80 shower and all the essential courtesy products: hairdryer, soaps, shampoo.
The house is located inside a historic building in the basement, but bright and easy to reach. You have to climb stairs to reach the floor.
The house is suitable for couples, families with children and people traveling for work.
Animals, even small ones, are not allowed.
As required by current legislation, the tourist tax of €6.00 ​​is due and must be paid in cash upon check-in.
