Unique Hideaway On Botany Bay

Hi my name is Angie Hogben

I started my business with The ‘Botany Bay Hideaway ‘ holiday home that my late husband built in the grounds of our beautiful home right next to Botany Bay Broadstairs

We decided to buy The ‘New Forest Retreat ‘ a Holiday Home in the New Forest, as this is our favourite place to holiday.

We purchased our New Forest Retreat at the same time as completion of the Botany Bay Hideaway

Sadly and tragically 2 days before we opened for business I lost my husband and business partner Nick.

We were fully booked in both homes as this was on 20th July 2021 my friends and family helped and I didn’t cancel one holiday.

This business has saved me in more ways than one. The beautiful people I meet at the bay and the clients I liaise with in the new forest has given me a purpose for waking up every day.

I love the business so much this year 2022 I have purchased a third holiday home in the new forest and my son has named this lovely new addition to our portfolio Heavenly Haven In Honour of his dad.

We have decided to give the business a name ‘Hogben Holiday Homes ‘again in honour of the man who started all this with his incredible carpentry and building skills my late husband Nicholas Hogben.
