Top Notch

Perfect villa and pool accommodation. Our two grandchildren rated their stay at 15 out of 10. The pool was especially a fabulous place. Just a hop skip and jump into the pool. Nice gardens to play around in then just another jump into the pool.

Great vacation over Xàbia bay

We spent a wonderful couple of weeks in Casa de Colinas. The house was perfect for a family like ours. The owners are always looking forward to making your stay the most enjoyable.Their local relays are very efficient. Everybody in the family are good swimmers, so the lack of secure access to the magnificient swimming pool was not an issue.. We do hope we can come back for next summer.

Excellent house with private pool. Situated in a cul de sac so very private. 5 mins drive from nearest supermarket and the Arenal. The house was beautifully presented and pristine. 3 double bedrooms, large lounge diner, and lovely terrace overlooking the pool. The finish was high quality throughout. View of the Arenal beach/sea from the house was great especially at night when lit up. The pool was great. Private and not overlooked from neighbouring properties. There were fans to keep us cool throughout our week even in the heatwave (currently no AC). The WiFi was strong and consistent. We would thoroughly recommend this house for anyone coming to Javea. Thank you Andy and Sheila for hosting us and being at the end of a phone for any issues.

Top ! Cela fait de nombreuses années que nous louons des villas à Xàbia, celle ci était au dessus de nos attentes. Rénovée, sans vis à vis, proche du centre ville. Belle vue. Quartier très calme. Prestations, ménage, piscine, et entretien jardin une fois par semaine et de très bonne qualité. Propriétaire à l’écoute et réactif. Nous recommandons et y reviendrons avec plaisir !

Semana magnifica

La casa está equipada con todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones como si estuvieras en casa. El jardín magnífico para poder jugar con los niños y disfrutar de su grande piscina. La limpieza de la casa era absoluta, cuidada al detalle. Lisa nos recibió con los brazos abiertos y a la hora esperada. Andy y Sheila son buenos anfitriones y se aseguraron que todo estaba listo antes de nuestro viaje a su villa. Sin duda para repetir! ❤️

Hi from Sheila & Andy. We have been holidaying owned in Javea for over 17 years, having fallen in love with the area on our first visit. We spend as much time at our holiday villa as we can, Brexit and UK pets permitting. We view our villa as our home from home and are pleased to be able to share it with family, friends and holiday renters.

We chose this villa for our holiday home due to its peaceful location and proximity to all the Javea delights without being bang in the heart of the action.

We love the Old Town, with its historic centre and quaint streets, the Arenal for its restaurants, bars and buzz and finally the Port with its own character and amenities.

Our location also gives easy access to Javea's golf club, tennis club and many other activities.
