We would like to clarify that the apartment is located inside a historic building in Naples, where certain environmental characteristics such as humidity can occasionally occur. Following your report, we carefully reviewed the situation and did not identify conditions that posed any health or safety concern. The property is professionally cleaned and regularly maintained, and in over three years of management we had not received similar reports regarding this issue. We fully respect your personal assessment and understand that sensitivities and perceptions may differ, especially regarding allergies. However, we respectfully disagree with the statement that false information was provided. Our responses were based on our inspections and the information available to us at the time. We regret that you chose to shorten your stay and sincerely wish we had been given the opportunity to explore possible solutions during your visit.
