There are marble floors throughout. Hot and cold air-conditioning throughout. A large sunbathing terrace surrounds the good-size swimming pool with loungers and double day bed. Another area is designated to over look the pool, that is covered in, with sunbeds and seating and completely shaded.
THE SPACE…….The ground floor comprises of a beautiful main entrance leading onto a shower room and a large kitchen and utility room. The kitchen leads out to a courtyard dining area. The spacious lounge/ diner leads out onto a terrace with sofa area, overlooking the pool. Ideal for watching the sun go down with a glass of a wine. First floor comprises of a master bedroom with balcony and en-suite and a further 3 double sized bedrooms (one with balcony) and a family bathroom.
THE URBANISATION...is quiet with 3 friendly bars providing music, home cooked food, quiz & Bingo nights and live sporting events. THINGS TO DO:.......
The beach is a 6 minute drive from La cala hills, located at the quaint village of La cala The road is a wide, fast and fairly straight road, that never has traffic hold ups. It should be noted that it would take too long to walk to the beach.
There is so much to do in the surrounding areas, whether it is a scenic walk or to enjoy the night-life of Fuengirola or Puerto Banus, everything is easily accessible from this location.
There are countless shops and boutiques that line the local streets of Fuengirola and Miramar offers a comprehensive indoor shopping mall with eateries, complete with a cinema.
Upon the famous Andalucian horses is a great way to take in the local scenery and boots and riding hats can be hired........Quad biking and off road trips can be arranged and also a great way to take in the landscape.
Mijas Pueblo with its whitewashed houses and donkey taxis is probably the most recognised thing when mentioning the area. A must-do if staying in Mijas for the first time.......
GOLF:.........
Otherwise known as the Costa del Golf, this area boasts some of the best courses available. There are 6 within a 5-minute drive and 52 in total along the coast.
FAMILY ACTIVITIES:........
The water park just 4km away is a must do. Fun for all ages and there is a nearby bio-zoo, that is quite unique as it is open until midnight in the summer, so you can see the animals that are nocturnal living their lives as the others are asleep.
The local beach is a blue flag beach with chirinquitas dotted along the sand for fabulous food and refreshing drinks. The famous boardwalk means you can walk 6km along the beach without getting sand in your toes The local beach also has a pirate ship play area for children.
A 20-minute drive away is Selwo marine world providing all the entertainment of dolphins and seal shows and other aquatic interests. In the same vicinity are a theme park and a Butterfly park.
