We have many 5 star reviews on other sites but the house is quite new on here. You may also see a very similar looking house on this site, which we also own and that has lots of great reviews. We are a 15 minute flat walk (or 2 minute drive) from the historic centre of Stratford Upon Avon, with off street parking for up to 4 family sized cars, with additional free on street parking available, our three storey town house is fully equipped, beautifully decorated and has recently been re-furbished throughout.

The house is located right on Stratford Race Course, with an unobstructed view and no road in between. The view is fantastic.

Everything you need is at hand, from a cooker to hairdryers, comfy sofas to the best view in Stratford Upon Avon, with 75+ acres of beautiful greenery right in front of the house. Yours to enjoy. The house is situated in a quiet road with no through traffic.

You will have total privacy at all times, with exclusive use of the property. It really is a lovely quiet area.

This a self catering property. Sheets and towels are provided but we do not provide meals. There are basic supplies such as tea/coffee/sugar etc. but you will need to bring and prepare your own food.

If you need a Cot or High Chair please let us know at the time that you book the property as these are provided on request only.

We have another almost identical house located on the same road and with the same view. Look out for this on VRBO.

I always try to ensure that our guests have everything that they might need, from a well equipped kitchen to nice sheets and towels. I also like travelling myself, and am always happy if my holiday home is clean, comfortable and everything is working so well that it feels like my own home!
