The villa is large and offers 4 bedrooms (3 double and 1 single), 4 bathrooms (3 full and one toilet), large equipped kitchen, a comfortable lounge area and of course free Wi-Fi.
One of the bedrooms also has a tiny terrace facing the Sea where you can enjoy your breakfasts and aperitives or read a book.

The main terrace is equipped with table and chairs so you can have your meals outside, there are also sofas and sun chairs.
Beyond the pool there is another terrace with balcony right on the sea and some romantic corners under a magnificent pine tree.

The villa is immersed on mediterranean vegetation and has a large outside space and a large private parking for up to 3 cars.

The area is very calm all year long so you can relax at any time. The villa is perfect for families and group of friends and offers 100% privacy from the neighbors.
The closest beach (rocks) is at 600 meters, less than 10 minutes walk. Other nice sandy beaches are at only 10 minutes drive.

The location is also the ideal starting point for day trips in most parts of Sicily. Palermo's airport is at only a few Km away. Terrasini, the closest town which offers all services, shops and amenities, is at only 4Km, while Palermo and many other places of interest (Erice, Segesta, Riserva dello Zingaro, Monreale, etc.) are within short and reasonable driving distances.
