Lisa and her family group have been excellent guests, very friendly and communicative. Have left the all apartments clean and tidy. I recommend them to owners: you will be lucky if you receive a booking request from them, take advantage of it!

Professor Imperato was the most gracious and helpful host! This honorable man literally treated us like family! Since I have mobility issues he went out of his way to seamlessly acquire a needed mobility scooter to assist with my disability! The villa was a pristine retreat close the beautiful ocean and the wonderful unique ambiance which is La Bella Sicilia!Grazie Antonio per tutti!

Dr. L. Colletti is a very charismatic guest who enriched us you just a few simple words. It was a pleasure to meet him and spend time with him and his beautiful family. He, his wife, and his entire family were excellent guests, very happy to spend their holidays in our villa and to appreciate the beautiful landscapes of surroundings, the food and the warm, spontaneous Sicilian spirit. In fact, they spent much of their time on excursions by land and sea, tastings, and cooking lessons, accompanied by the enjoyment of what was cooked in front of them. We have wonderful memories of the dinner they all had with us at an excellent restaurant the evening before their return to New York. They left the apartments clean and in perfect order. We therefore recommend them to all owners who are lucky enough to receive a reservation request from them. For our part, we will keep them in our hearts and minds as great and long-standing friends. Celebration birthdays La Famiglia

La famiglia= 22 persons. We spent a wonderful week in Mr Antonios fantastic willas. We enjoyed he's hospitality and the great pool and garden. It was quite easy to get to the beach with our rented cars. We highly recommend this place and hope that we can return some day. Mr Ove with family

Beautiful villa and a sunny escape from our winter

We were a group of 20 people, ten couples, who have chosen this villa to spend our little holiday, few days away to celebrate the Romanian Saint Valentine - Dragobete, and to meet again old and dear friends, spread now all over the world. So we needed a quiet, beautiful place that can host us all and we found it. The villa is amazing, we had a sunny weather and a a garden full of flowers and green. Although we decided in short for the trip, Antonio, the host, made all the arrangements necessary and everything was the way we expected. Hope we can make it for the summer too as we want so much to try the pool.

Andres y su grupo fueron excelentes invitados ***** cinco estrellas extra. Dejaron la villa en perfecto orden y fue un gran placer para nosotros recibirlos. Personas verdaderamente excepcionales que han dejado un bonito recuerdo a la villa ya nosotros mismos. Espero hospedarlos nuevamente en el futuro. Fabulous!

My mum and I booked Sweet Home for two weeks in August. We had only been staying for a few days when Antonio upgraded us to a bigger apartment with balcony views and a large terrace which was beautiful. The pool was the cleanest and biggest we have ever had at a Villa and we made use of it everyday despite having to wear pool caps :D Antonio and Laura both went above and beyond to accommodate us and we particularly enjoyed the plentiful delicious fresh tomatoes grown in the gardens! We very much look forward to returning and would recommend Antonio and his Villas to anybody! Thank you for the best two weeks :) Charlotte and Jo x

"We are a group of people travelling across Sicily. Emerald home was the best place we stayed.Close to the wide beaches and within an hour to tourist sights. The apartaments with fully equipped kitchens were pleasant,comfortable and tastefuly decorated in Sicilian craftworks.Convenient barbecue surrounded by blooming plants. We enjoyed especially the salty pool,beautiful and incredibly clean with natural chlorine only. Antonio,the English speaking owner was always very helpful. He provided us with maps,tourist guides and information concerning sights, interesting places and Sicilian history and culture.What's more we had the opportunity to try the local food prepared by himself. We appreciated the atmosphere and the beauty of the place and we were impressed by the hospitality of its owner.Trully recommended."

"La vacanza trascorsa nella proprietà di Antonio la potrei annoverare tra le migliori in assoluto, sia per il contesto globale, giardino, piscina, struttura abitativa, affabilità e disponibilità del proprietario, sia per la possibilità di essere ospitati in 22 persone (7 famiglie: 14 adulti e 8 ragazzi) appartenenti ad un unico gruppo di amici che per quattordici giorni hanno formato un''unica famiglia ''allargata'' compreso cene e grigliate anche in compagnia del simpatico Antonio e di Virginia. Un unico inconveniente, che ha creato alcuni malumori ed alcune notti turbolente, è stato lo schiamazzo di alcuni vicini di casa che si sono dilungati oltre misura con un ''karaoke'' piuttosto improbabile e alquanto molesto, sedato a fatica dal sempre gentilissimo Antonio. Il tutto non ha comunque inficiato la bellezza e la serenità delle giornate trascorse alternando mare e cultura. Assolutamente da ripetere."

"My friends and I had a fantastic time with Antonio staying in the villa in Balestrate, it was such a beautfil localation not far from the beautiful beaches. The appartments were so cosy and homely, the rooms were perfect, clean and well organised, the villas were located in such a peaceful envirnoment we felt so relaxed during our stay. Antonio really made all of us feel at home by welcoming us with a scrumptious italian cuisine with local wine. we really enjoyed our stay in Balestrate and hope to be back one day. thankyou"

"Our stay in Balestrate was wonderful, we enjoyed the fact that we were out of the big cities, noise and crowds of tourists but at the same time between loads of interesting places to visit and see. House was in a perfect location and we were treated like old, good friends all the time. "Onze vakantie in de villa dicht aan de zee en dicht bij de griekse tempels. Onze gastheer Antonio was zeer aardig. De gastvrijheid en dienstverlening is goed. "Assieme alla mia famiglia e a quella di mia sorella abbiamo affittato le due strutture, ed è stato tutto perfetto, come fossimo a casa nostra. Antonio, il proprietario, è stato squisito, assieme abbiamo condiviso cene e pranzi come fossimo vecchi amici, con profonde e meditate discussioni sui vini siciliani, terminate con graditi assaggi. Ampi spazi verdi e accoglienti gazebo all'aperto ci ospitavano la sera per le nostre "riunioni" gastronomiche. Da ricordare quella sul pesce spada e i gamberoni, con un risultato meraviglioso. Se non da ritornare subito, quantomeno da consigliare agli amici. Chiudendo: bisogna andarci!"

"Casa en perfecto estado, límpia, entorno tranquilo, no hay vistas por que está en una urbanización a las afueras. No es de fácil acceso porque la dirección no existe, es un chalet de una urbanización pero no es díficil llegar con las indicaciones del propietario que facilita todas las cosas pues reside en otro chalet adjunto al alquilado. La estancia destaca por la atención y amabilidad del propietario y familia. Destacar la cena ofrecida por el mismo el último día de estancia".

No estoy de acuerdo con lo que usted escribió I. I. y su grupo llegó a 01,30 de la noche debido a los retrasos de vuelos. Que es por eso que hemos tenido alguna dificultad para encontrar la villa. Fui en persona (a las 1.30 horas de la noche) de reuniones con ellos para facilitar su primer acceso. La villa es de fácil acceso ya sea a través de la información que he enviado a cada inquilino, o porque las coordenadas a Google el mostrar a la perfección. Tampoco es cierto que la villa se encuentra en un contexto urbano, ya que se encuentra a 2,5 km. de la ciudad de Balestrate y tiene un jardín de más de 3.200 metros cuadrados. Todos los inquilinos siempre han encontrado la casa con la mayor facilidad y escribió excelente testimonio de ubicación y también de su contexto. Non sono d'accordo con quello che I. ha scritto. I. e il suo gruppo sono arrivati alle 01,30 della notte a causa di ritardo del volo. E' per questo che hanno avuto qualche difficoltà a trovare la villa. Sono andato io personalmente (alle ore 1,30 di notte) incontro a loro per facilitare loro il primo accesso. La villa è facilmente raggiungibile sia attraverso le indicazioni che io invio ad ogni affittuario, sia perchè le coordinate GOOGLE la indicano perfettamente. Inoltre non è vero che la villa si trova in un contesto urbanizzato, dato che si trova a 2,5 km. dall'abitato di Balestrate e dispone di un giardino di oltre 3.200 metri quadrati. Tutti gli affittauri hanno sempre trovato con grandissima facilità la villa e rilasciato testimonianze eccellenti anche sulla sua ubicazione e contesto."
