The property consists of a main villa and a dependance. The main villa is on two floors; on the ground floor there is the kitchen with dining room, twin bedroom, living room, toilet and laundry area. On the first floor there are five double bedrooms, two of them with private bathroom with shower, bathroom with tub and shower. The dependance with independent access consists of a double bedroom and bathroom with shower. The outdoor area of the villa is under video surveillance. Window nets are available in the main villa. The property allows a maximum of one pet.
