Spacious house in a tranquil and panoramic location, within walking distance from the beach.
The house can easily fit a group of 6, or it could be the ideal place for two families with kids, looking to share communal areas whilst maintaining their own privacy.
The house includes a sunny garden with barbecue, outdoor shower and patio, dining and living room with double sofa bed and Sat TV, kitchen, toilet, double bedroom and spacious terrace perfect for alfresco dining, plus additional back garden with barbecue. An additional double bedroom, a spacious living room with double sofa-bed, and toilet are available in the lower ground floor, which is accessible via external stairs, connecting the terrace to the back garden.
It’s located in the blessed Bellavista spot of Costa Rey, on top of the hill, with plenty of fresh air, panoramic views, peace and quiet, whilst still allowing you to get to the beach with a 10 min walk or a very short drive.
Bars, restaurants and supermarkets are also within easy reach.
Costa Rei is a prime destination in the idyllic south-eastern corner of Sardinia. It can be reached with an easy 1hr drive from Cagliari airport and it's only a 20min drive away from the buzzing town of Villasimius.

We stayed here for a week from 8-15 October 2025. The views from and countryside surrounding this property are spectacular and hard to beat! It was great to have a sitting and eating area on the back deck, as well as a sitting area on the sheltered front porch.The upstairs bed was quite roomy and comfortable (we didn’t use the downstairs one). The bathroom facilities are excellent, even if the showers are a bit of a squeeze for someone 6’2” tall and weighing 100 kg. There was always plenty of hot water. The washer worked perfectly. You should know that the apartment is actually 2 units, with the lower one accessible by an outdoor staircase. This is ideal for 2 couples or a couple with older kids who want some privacy, yet still be able to share space for meals and get-togethers. The weather was fabulous, typical for October, in the mid-20s and the sea was perfectly warm enough for a daily swim. The beaches are fantastic! The town has shopping essentials and plenty of good restaurants. The surrounding areas are delightful to explore. A car is a must though. Although it’s true you can walk to the beach (downhill all the way), the trek back up is grueling for anyone but the fittest.Stefano was the perfect host! He sent detailed instructions, sent us a welcome video and was almost immediately available for any of our questions. This was a perfect home base for us on the Costa Rei, and we recommend it highly. It was peaceful, quiet and surrounded by stunning natural beauty.

Vacanze da stefano a costa rei!

Abbiamo passato tre settimane meravigliose, la struttura è grande, pulita, luminosa, ben equipaggiata in cucina, sono presenti prodotti per la pulizia della casa e personale . Dalla casa è molto semplice raggiungere a piedi la bellissima spiaggia di costa rei che poi prosegue per chilometri… nostra figlia di sette anni si è trovata benissimo, il punto di forza è sicuramente anche la terrazza coperta che è collegata all’appartamento sottostante mediante una scala esterna, in questa maniera è molto semplice se si viaggia in più di una famiglia avere la propria privacy in quanto la casa è strutturata su due livelli ed entrambi sono ricchi di servizi fruibili. Punto di forza anche la televisione che non è microscopica ma ben si presta ad essere guardata comodamente senza usare una lente di ingrandimento… Molto comodo anche il fatto che a parte due bagni relativi agli appartamenti ci siano due docce esterne. Sicuramente è una struttura nella quale torneremo anche perché il proprietario è sempre stato gentile e disponibile a fornirci tutte le indicazioni delle quali talvolta potevamo necessitare… Super consigliato

Hervorragend, sauber, geräumig, sehr gute Lage

Als wir anreisten, wurden wir von der Agentur empfangen und das Anwesen wurde vorgestellt. Wir kamen aus dem Staunen nicht mehr raus. Die Wohnungen sind sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und sehr geräumig. Wir (2 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder) hatten sehr viel Raum. Man kann sich auch zurückziehen. Zwei Gärten mit jeweils eine Außendusche, meega. Auch die beiden Bänder in den Wohnungen sind sehr sauber und in einen guten Zustand. Beide Wohnungen verfügen über ausreichend Kühlung für heiße Nächte. Nur ein Schlafzimmer ohne Fenster 🙁. Das haben wir aber nicht genutzt. Alles andere ist 👍🏼. Der Vermieter 👍🏼, ein toller Kontakt.
