You have found a holiday home beyond the ordinary. A completely renovated, beautiful and modernly equipped house by the beautiful lake Unnen. You have your own jetty and terrace right by the water as well as a sauna and barbecue hut on the plot. A spacious house for several families or larger groups. Both rowing boats and canoes are available for fishing trips and experiences on the lake. Enjoy the lake's sparkling water, feel calm and hear the birds singing from the jetty and terrace. The entrance to the house is through a beautiful glass porch. The ground floor has two bedrooms with four and three beds respectively. Towards the lake there is a modern open kitchen and a large lovely dining area. There is one highchair for kids to use. A glazed conservatory with comfortable lounge furniture large modern TV and a lovely view of the lake. On the terrace you can almost dip your feet in the water. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms. One with four beds and one with three beds and a view of the lake. All bedrooms have a bathroom with shower and a wall TV. Throughout the house there is broadband and free wifi. In BV there is a laundry room with extra toilet. On the plot there is a lovely sauna where the whole party can be accommodated. You only take a few steps and can cool off in the small bathing area by the pier. On the plot there is also a large round barbecue hut with seating around the fireplace. Here you can enjoy food and drink on slightly chilly evenings. At the pier there is a rowing boat at your disposal and also three canoes. Life jackets are available to everyone, but it is up to you as guests to use the right size for each person. It is also possible to rent a fishing rod and SUP on site. More information about it can be found in the cottage. The lovely garden is cut by a robotic lawnmower, with the exception of the part closest to the water next to the house. Here you can have thing out on the lawn. But for everyone's comfort, let the robotic lawnmower take care of the rest of the large lawn. Lake Unnen has a nice fishing. There is plenty of time for large pike, pikeperch and perch. Fishing license required. In the community there is everything you need for your stay. The public bathing area has both a jetty and toilets. Across the road is the historic Alebo guest house, with restaurant. Make a visit to the nearby Bäckahästen's stone oven bakery. A short drive away is Lake Bolmen. Here is everything for those interested in fishing. Bolmen is rich in different fish species, it is possible to rent a boat and book trolling. There is also a very nice fish restaurant and farm shop. Do you like peace and quiet, the company of the whistling of the wind and the rays of the sun through the greenery of the forest? Grass underfoot and a path to walk on? There are several nature reserves in the area, including Årshultsmyren, a nature reserve near Lidhult. There are several golf courses in the area, the closest is Rydö Golf Club, about 16km away. NOTE: Source sorting of waste applies.
