Prestige Luxurious Villa with Private Pool

Summary:
Welcome to the prestige luxurious villa in Croatia.
The villa is located on the island of Hvar, in the area called Burag. It is located in the very centre of town, only 50 meters from the sea and the main town promenade. Hvar is the perfect base for your Croatian holiday, with a large amount of tourist attractions and historical sites to visit. The island also has frequen ferries to different parts of Croatia, so you can have day trips to the surrounding islands such as Brac or the city of Makarska.
This luxury Villa is set over three floors and comprises of 5 bedrooms with bathrooms, large living room area, kitchen and dining room.
Beside the house, there is a large garden with Mediterranean vegetation – lemons, oranges, figs, lavender, rosemary and, in the old Gothic house, which is an integral part of the garden, there is a heated pool that can be transformed from an indoor to an outdoor pool by opening the roof.

The Space:
The villa has a modern architectural design, yet using local materials, such as the Brač stone. Such a stone path leads to not one but two separate dwellings, each connected by an inner courtyard. Nestled in between and hidden from views there is a beautiful swimming pool and surrounding terrace paved with local Brac stone. Please note that the path connecting two dwellings is not covered.

The first building, closer to the sea, has stunning views through the pines. The ground floor is complete with a modern kitchen, indoor dining area, living room and vanity bathroom. The first floor offers a spacious master bedroom, with an en-suite bathroom and a private terrace overlooking the sea. The second building comprises of 4 bedrooms with kitchenettes and ensuite bathrooms.

Two apartments are located on the ground floor, and the other two are located on the first floor. Please note that the floors are connected with uncovered outdoor stairs. All 6 bedrooms feature double beds (the bed size in the master bedroom is 200x200 cm, and 180x200 cm in other bedrooms), with en suite bathrooms, and 4 of the bedrooms are equipped with an additional bed (size 80x180 cm). In addition, the master bedroom is equipped with an Elliptical trainer.
