There is a large deck to the rear with lounge seating/ low drinks tables for 10 people as well as four sun loungers. There is no dining table outside but the dual sliding doors next to the kitchen dining room can be opened wide in the summer.

Wakeling Island is a brand new addition to Silverlake and Habitat Escapes! As such, there are still properties and areas of the island and estate that are undergoing construction, so whilst this property is fully completed, it you will see construction, machinery and workers on or around the island between 0730 and 1800, Monday to Friday and 0800 to 1300, Saturday.
