Relax by the Lower Rhine at Villa Maritiem
Step inside Villa Maritiem and immediately feel what a holiday should feel like. The high ceilings and large windows create a light and spacious interior where you can unwind instantly. The atmospheric living room is the beating heart of the villa: a comfortable seating area, a dining area for 4 people, and a flat-screen TV complete the picture. Whether you choose an elaborate dinner, a board game, or an evening of watching movies, here you will enjoy quality time in a relaxed setting.

The modern open kitchen is fully equipped and invites you to cook or enjoy a relaxed breakfast together. You will find a fridge-freezer, hob with integrated extractor hood, combination microwave, dishwasher, kettle, and a Nespresso coffee machine.

Comfortable sleeping
The villa has two bedrooms, each furnished with two single box-spring beds and a private flat-screen TV. Upon arrival, the beds are already made, so all you have to do is relax. The luxurious bathroom features a double sink, a rain shower, and a toilet.

Enjoy the outdoors
From the living room, you step straight onto the hardwood terrace, bordering a green lawn. With a dining table for 4 people and a parasol, this is the perfect spot for long summer evenings or a quiet breakfast outside. The villa is smoke-free and equipped with Wi-Fi, an indoor storage unit, and a private parking space.

MarinaPark Bad Nederrijn is situated directly on the Lower Rhine in Maurik, in the heart of the Betuwe. Die ruhige Umgebung und die wunderschöne Natur haben unseren Urlaub zu etwas Besonderem gemacht. Das gesamte Team war äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Besonders unsere Kinder hatten viel Freude und wir als Familie konnten die gemeinsame Zeit in vollen Zügen genießen. Allerdings hätte die Reinigung der Villa gründlicher sein können – besonders das Geschirr und die Spülmaschine waren leider nicht sauber. Wenn die Sauberkeit verbessert wird, ist es ein wirklich wunderbarer Ort zum Entspannen!
