Simple apartment just a few minutes walking from the tranquil beach of Calella de Palafrugell, one of the most beautiful on the Costa Brava! Close to shops, supermarkets and restaurants.



Maximum capacity for 5 people.



Ideal for enjoying a peaceful family holiday on the Costa Brava!



Apartment on a first floor without a lift with a terrace with sea views. Living room with sofa bed for 1 person (115x180cm), TV and direct access to the terrace.



Cook with all utensils included: cutlery, frying pans, gas hobs, fridge, washing machine and microwave.



The main bedroom has 1 double bed (135x190cm) and the second bedroom has 2 single beds (80x180cm).



A bathroom with a bathtub.



Communal external parking for one car included in the price.



Pets accepted only upon prior request and with a supplement.



Ideal apartment for families, no bookings accepted for young people under 35 years old.



Check-in and check-out



The check-in and check-out will be carried out in our Llafranc office located at C/xaloc 5. Llafranc



Tourist tax



Upon arrival, it will be necessary to pay the tourist tax (7 euros/adults) which is mandatory according to the Catalan Government.

Basic but we liked it.

Very convenient location for beach, town, restaurants, coastal walks. Private parking (v. important in high season) Balcony overlooking gardens and sea, sunny till early afternoon. Comfortable beds(regular double and 2 singles)nice view from double, hot overbath shower, large fridge/,freezer. The apartment is small and a bit dated, no luxury here, but if the weather is good that doesn',t matter. It was cold during our stay, but there are several efficient heaters. Washing machine useful (bring detergent). Bedsettee in living room was old and uncomfortable. Bedlinen and towels (good quality)have to be bought ( if arriving by plane) also WiFi (which was limited in hours - in these days it is usually provided free) and both these and the keys had to be collected from Llafranc, not far but parking might be hard to find to do so.

Hébergement très très vétuste. Oreillers, alèses sales, manque de pression à la chasse d'eau. Aucune casserole, que des faitouts. Store salon très dur à remonter. Manque de parasol sur la terrasse. Canapé salon inconfortable.En revanche, très bonne situation, vue mer et pins agréables et surtout le parking sécurisé bien apprécié le tout proche du cami des rondas (magnifique sentier).Très bonne communication avec l'agence qui a fait tout son possible pour pallier à nos soucis.

La ubicación y el parking Todo. Ropa de casa: toallas y sábanas, muy mal tener que llevarlas. No hay ni un trapo de cocina, tuvimos que comprar. La nevera enfriaba muy poco. Las persianas estan para renovarlas ya. No hay armario en la habitación pequeña. Los muebles de la terraza mejorables, son de bar. No cuidan los detalles, en general muy mejorable todo el apartamento para el precio que tiene.

Optimale Lage

Sehr schön gelegene Ferienwohnung. In sehr guter Anlage. Calella de Palafrugell und Ilafranc sind einfach wunderschöne Orte um seinen Urlaub zu verbringen. Super Aussicht auf das Meer von der Ferienwohnung. Traumhaft. Wir sind schon das 3. Jahr in Folge dort gewesen. Schön wäre noch wenn die Ferienwohnung mit Fliegen und Schnackenschutzgitter ausgestattet wäre. Dann könnte man die Fenster öfters öffnen.

Appartement très bien situé, vue extraordinaire sur la mer, plages à proximité dans un environnement très calme. Équipement correct.
