Apartment a few meters from Levante beach, Benidorm. It has 3 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people.

Cozy and modern accommodation of 71 m², with views of the sea and the city.



It has an elevator, 10 m² of open terrace, high-speed internet access via fiber (wifi), air conditioning and heat pump heating throughout the accommodation through ducts, outdoor parking in the same building subject to availability. upon arrival, 1 Smart TV, iron.

The American induction kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.



- Key delivery and check-in take place in our office located at Avenida del Mediterráneo 66, local 2, commercial name BenidormBooking, right in front of the Casino.

- A deposit of €200 is retained on a credit/debit card as a deposit or cash, failing that.

- Check-in from 4:30 p.m. (high season from 6:00 p.m.)

- Check out before 11:00 a.m.

Great stay would recommend highly lovely view great stay .

The location was perfect for us a group . Close to the beach front and a short walk to the shops and bars . Nothing not to like apart from the water didn’t last being hot for 6 people to shower it went cold after 2 . Needs bath mats too as can get very slippy on the ceramic tiles .

Great apartment in a great location

Great apartment in a great location. Clean and well equipped. Check-in was really easy. Parking was no problem. A couple of the 4 single beds left a little to be desired but it was ok... Sofa was big and comfy at least!

L emplacement. Au prix de la location il est inadmissible que le seul placard dans une des chambres soit fermé par cadenas parce que je suppose que les propriétaires ont leurs effets personnels à l intérieur. Je dis le seul placard car le second dans la grande chambre est plutôt une penderie ou là aussi les propriétaires ont laissé du matériel. Si bien que nous avons du laisser nos vêtements dans les valises. Pareil pour le rangement dans la cuisine, un tas de vaisselle qui ne sert à rien. Il a fallu faire du rangement pour pouvoir mettre quelques courses et denrées alimentaires. Certaines portes de placards dans la cuisine ne ferment pas correctement. Quant à la terrasse , super , mais alors très difficile d'y rester car il fait une chaleur intenable à cause du bloc moteur de la climatisation lorsque celle-ci est en fonction. Non, très déçu par rapport à la location de l'année précédente au SEIMAR 1-8. Si nous revenons ce ne sera sûrement pas dans cette location.

Limpio, impecable, recién reformado y una excelente ubicación

Limpio, impecable, recién reformado y una excelente ubicación. La habitaciones diminutas, en la de matrimonio quedaban unos 15 cm por delante de la cama por lo que mi pareja para pasar al otro lado de la cama o saltaba por encima mío o entraba por la terraza. No tiene mesillas de noche ni cortinas y al ser un ventanal o te resignabas a que te viesen desde la calle al cambiarte o tenías que estar continuamente bajando y subiendo la persiana. Pero lo peor es que tienen solo dos armarios, uno lleno de cosas de los dueños y cerrado con candado y el otro no tenía ni cajonera, ni baldas y solo había 4 perchas y eso para 5 personas por lo que tuvimos que pasar la estancia con las maletas abiertas en el suelo y fuera de las habitaciones porque dentro ni cabían. Los arcones de las camas también estaban llenos de cosas de los dueños.

Hola María Libertad. Gracias por tu valoración. El tamaño de la habitación es un poco ajustado por el tamaño de la cama, se a preferido optar por mejorar el descanso ya que entendemos que 25cm no 15cm, aunque son algo justos suele ser suficiente. No tiene cortinas porque existe persiana, al ser algo justa no se ha puesto ni mesillas ni cortinas, pero no hemos tenido queja sobre ello ya que lo mismo cuesta subir la persiana o bajarla que correr las cortinas, no obstante se lo trasladaremos a la propiedad para que lo valore. En cuanto al espacio para guardar ropa, es algo que por supuesto vamos a encontrar una solución para adaptar de mejor modo el espacio de almacenamiento. Le agradecemos de nuevo su comentario que nos ayuda sin duda a mejorar. Un saludo y esperamos volver a tenerla hospedada.
