This beautiful and well presented villa is fully furnished to a high standard. Split over two floors with a first floor balcony and two ground floor verandas front and back.
All the bedrooms are en-suite bathrooms.
There is also a visitors toilet or WC inside the villa situated on the ground floor.

The villa has a 2000 litre water tank which is fully equipped with water pressure pump, a must have if water outage occur. There is also a petrol run generator as power back up, again a must have if electricity outage occur.

All Utilities and full kitchen facilities, cleaning service twice a week, weekly linen change and Security are included in the rent.
