This beautiful, detached villa is about as close as you can get to the sea without getting your feet wet! Its private garden has direct access to Quinta Spiaggia beach. With panoramic sea views and plenty of outside space, the villa, which can sleep 5 people, is an idyllic holiday base in this popular part of Sardinia.

The contemporary architecture brings the sea into the house, with large glass doors opening onto shaded balconies. The spacious living space/dining area is furnished with two sofas and armchairs, a flat-screen TV, a dining table and chairs. The veranda has a second seating area where guests can relax and gaze out to see. Steps lead down to the private garden, full of lush local trees and plants.
The open-plan kitchen is adjacent to the living area and equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a coffee machine. A glass door leads from the kitchen to a second covered balcony. This is furnished with a dining table, chairs and BBQ, for relaxed meals al fresco.

Sleeping
Bedroom 1: The airy master bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe and French windows opening onto the balcony with a sea view.
Bedroom 2: This second bedroom has another double bed, a wardrobe and a glorious view of the bay.
Bedroom 3: A fresh, smaller bedroom with a single bed and wardrobe.

Bathrooms
There are two spacious bathrooms. Both have a shower, basin, bidet and WC.

Location
The is in the heart of the exclusive resort of Baia Caddinas which is known for its pristine white sandy beaches and clear sea. The villa is in a quiet neighbourhood, but close to all the amenities of this charming resort, from the weekly market (Monday) in the town centre to supermarkets and great restaurants.

The island of Tavolara is well worth a day trip for hiking, swimming and lunch at the famous Da Tonino restaurant, run by the island’s current king.

Olbia airport is a 25-minute drive. The port of Golfo Aranci for ferries to Livorno, in Tuscany, is just 7 minutes away.
