Located in the most attractive part of Crikvenica – Crni Molo – this modern, first-floor Adriatic apartment is perfect for beach lovers. Just 60 m from the sea and 100 m from the town’s most beautiful sandy beach, it offers comfort, convenience, and stunning views from a private terrace.

All essentials are within 100 m, including a grocery store, bakery, cafés, and restaurants. Crikvenica, known for its mild Mediterranean climate and rich cultural heritage, offers more than just sun and sea. Enjoy water sports, cycling, diving, tennis, and even golf. Nature lovers can explore nearby Risnjak National Park and the scenic region of Gorski Kotar, both just an hour’s drive away.

The apartment makes a great base for exploring Istria, Opatija, and the island of Krk. Easily accessible by car or via Rijeka Airport (24 km), served by many low-cost European airlines, this is an ideal spot for a relaxed yet adventure-filled Croatian getaway.
