The Catacombs is a uniquely designed bright open plan apartment in the heart of Plymouth's historic Barbican & Waterfront.

The perfect large open plan apartment for modern living. Amongst the everyday living spaces, we are the only property we know of with ten original church catacombs now converted to useful rooms inside a home which include general store rooms, a guests bathroom, a utility room with sink washer & dryer, a single third bedroom, office facilities & a self service honesty wine store.

The apartment enjoys under floor heating & Smart Home Technology controlled with Alexa, with integrated Sonos surround sound, LED mood lighting and pre set "Scenes" . The lounge has a stunning 75" 4K Smart tv.

This beautiful apartment also includes a large dinning area for a comfortable fit of up to 8 people , a fitted kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, plate warmer and waste disposal unit.

Secure parking for one car is provided in our on site secure gated car park with electric gates.

A beautiful property in a super location

The property was fabulous and I cannot recommend Pure Serviced highly enough. They were so helpful in managing the booking and were an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Ten catacombs survived a wartime bombing, now lovingly restored for stylish modern living.
