The location is perfect, the house is less than a 5 minute walk down to the promenade that will lead you to the sandy shores of New Brighton beach. Within walking distance you can be in Marine Point or Victoria Quarter, where there are bars and eateries. Being a seaside town we have wonderful amenities on our doorstep, outdoor crazy golf, an indoor soft play centre, an arcade, bowling alley and The Floral Pavilion Theatre. There is fun for all ages!

Transport links are excellent, motorway links mean getting to us or getting around couldn't be any easier.
