The cozy, modern living room features a wood-burning stove and a TV with Chromecast for streaming your own programs, along with wireless internet throughout. The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric stove, fridge-freezer, microwave, extractor hood, coffee maker, and dishwasher, while the bathroom includes a washing machine, toilet, and sink. Heating is provided by an oil furnace, which can be used during colder periods. Please note that the washing machine is located in a shared utility room, used jointly with house number 07624. Outside, a lovely terrace offers sweeping views over open countryside, perfect for relaxing outdoors. The house is just a short bike ride from the town of Lønstrup, known for its many restaurants, with a restaurant and grocery store also found 2.5 km away. The coast is approximately 1.8 km distant, making this a great base for exploring the area.A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.
