Very nice apartment with sea view located in Roses (Salatar district).
It consists of a bright living-dining room, a fully equipped American kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds), a bathroom with shower and a beautiful and large terrace of over 20m2. This can be completely closed with panes of glass, which allows you to continue to enjoy it during the winter months.
It is equipped with: reversible air conditioning throughout the apartment, Wifi (from the community), satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave.
This modern and comfortable apartment is on the fifth floor of a building with an elevator. It also has a private parking space in the underground garage of the residence.
Ideally located a few steps from the beach and the maritime promenade, near the center of Roses and Santa Margarita, it is the perfect place for an unforgettable holiday on the Costa Brava.
We also rent the apartment next door. It is ideal for two families. Do not hesitate to contact us to know the availabilities.

Appartement de rêve pour de superbes vacances

L’appartement est spacieux, bien organisé, climatisé (top pour les journées et nuits très chaudes), il y a tout le nécessaire, et surtout une très grande terrasse avec vue sur mer pour tous vos repas et petits déjeuners. La plage est à 2 minutes à pied, vous pouvez d’ailleurs tout faire à pied, nous avons fait nos courses au Mercadona et au Lidl en début de semaine, le reste du temps tout se fait à pied. Superbes balades à faire le long de la baie, plein d’activités pour petits et grands. Costa Brava Relax au top au niveau de la gestion et du service, très réactif en cas de problème, merci! Nous reviendrons c’est déjà une certitude!

¡Simplemente genial!

El apartamento vacacional en el quinto piso está situado en una zona tranquila y es muy accesible gracias al ascensor y al garaje subterráneo. La playa está a menos de cinco minutos y por la noche, definitivamente, se debe pasear por el paseo marítimo y admirar la vida allí. El apartamento está perfectamente equipado y no deja ningún deseo sin cumplir. ¡Nos hubiera encantado quedarnos mucho más tiempo! ¡Muchas gracias!
