The main house fronts the 20 meter infinity pool, which laps at its very walls. Sit on the masters bedroom windowsill and dip your feet into the water, while enjoying the deep blue sea view in front of you. Behind the main house you can get active, an outdoor stainless steel gym-rack for TRX band training and pull-ups is waiting- or just use it as children's playground! Next to it, a small vegetable garden, be a self-picker and discover the delicacies that grow here.

The main villa offers a spacious living room with an open, double-face in-outdoor fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area for 12. The breakfast area outside is the perfect place to start the day, sun and wind protected with a magnificent calm view, sits 10-12. The 3 double rooms including the master bedroom round up the functional architecture of the main house.

A guest house to the rear enfolds a wind sheltered and shady patio area with a hammock, crocheted cushions and poufs that invites you to unplug. Inside 2 separate apartments with a shared entrance, a kitchenette and 2 double bedrooms each give your friends, guests or teenage children enough space for independence.

The elevated outdoor dining pavilion next to the outdoor BBQ with fully equipped kitchen offer shady dining for a maximum of 12 people with unforgettable views. Further pergolas provide additional shady, glamorous cushioned chill seating areas around the heart of the property, The Piazza! The Piazza, a spacious terrace of 500 sqm between the infinity pool, main building, BBQ and Guesthouse invites you to relax under shady or sunny areas on its daybeds, sun beds, poufs, loungers or sofas. Jump into the pool like Tarzan, a rope hanging above the pool from a pergola makes it possible and is great fun for big and small.

In front of the pool a new Jacuzzi and its beautifully cushioned surrounding invites to linger. If you like to be on your own, away from the family ongoing, just step down to discover the newly constructed cave!
