This cosy apartment in Cala de Mijas is perfect for couples who want to enjoy the sea and tranquillity of the Costa del Sol. Located on the beachfront, the accommodation offers stunning sea views from its 60 m² solarium terrace, equipped with sun loungers, parasol and garden furniture so you can relax and have lunch while contemplating the coastline. Additionally, the community has a communal swimming pool and direct access to the coastal promenade and beach, ideal for walks, running or cycling along kilometres of coastline to La Cala de Mijas or Cabopino marina.
Please note that the swimming pool is for communal use and its availability is subject to the rules, dates, and schedules established by the owners' community, which may vary according to season or internal decisions.

The 120 m² apartment is very bright and comfortable, with capacity for up to 3 people and a bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and space to organise your luggage. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, juicer and all the necessary utensils to prepare your meals or breakfasts. A few minutes' walk away, you will find a commercial area to restock ingredients or enjoy nearby restaurants such as Max Beach.
The premises have two private, unnumbered parking areas, the availability of which may be limited during peak season, although public parking options exist in the vicinity. The agency and the owner are not responsible for this limitation.
