Holiday apartment in a prime location, just steps from the attractive beach promenade and close to the harbor of Øster Hurup, as well as all other local activities and amenities. Everything is within easy reach, making it an ideal base for a relaxing and convenient holiday by the sea. The apartment offers a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, cozy living room, and a bathroom on the ground floor, with direct access to a private terrace. Underfloor heating and a heat pump ensure a comfortable indoor climate year-round. Upstairs, the loft features a bedroom with a double bed and sea view, as well as a second room with a sofa bed and access to a balcony, also with sea views. Guests have access to some German TV channels and Chromecast for streaming. The property includes spacious shared outdoor areas perfect for play, ball games, or simply relaxing in the fresh sea air. Please note that the apartment is not rented out to youth groups.
