Terrace in front of the living room 60 m2 with stunning views of Mogan and the ocean.
Large private roof terrace with outdoor kitchen, Bbq , plancha and bar. Sunbathing is possible all day with a lot of privacy .
Private parking in the garage, lift.
5 minutes walk to the cozy harbour and beach with many bars and restaurants of Puerto de Mogan.
Supermarket 5 minutes walk.
The complex has been newly built and recently completed.
