Luxury self-catering holiday cottage only minutes from the beach and town centre of Bude in Cornwall.
Situated in the historic seaside town of Bude in North Cornwall, Fairhaven is a short five-minute walk from the famous Summerleaze Beach, with its iconic Sea Pool and stunning surrounds. Four further beaches, spectacular National Trust coastal walks and Bude town centre are only minutes away.
With its central Bude location, Fairhaven is perfect for beach goers, surfers, walkers, hikers and golfers alike. Local shops, restaurants and pubs are all minutes away by foot.
Perfect for families or gatherings of friends, Fairhaven’s four double bedrooms, will comfortably accommodate up to 9 people, with off street parking for 3 cars. A large self-contained garden and decking area offers the perfect spot for lazy summer evenings by the sea.

A charming Victorian property, Fairhaven was built in the early 1900’s, whilst maintaining its traditional rustic charm, modern facilities throughout and a perfect location in the heart of a bustling award-winning seaside town, enable you to park up and walk to the numerous local beaches, pubs, restaurants and shops.
A large living room, with 55 inch LG smart TV and rustic period log burner provides the perfect escape after a long day at the beach or exploring the spectacular North Cornwall coastline.
A modern open plan sunken kitchen/diner, encompassing a charming TV snug and cosy period log burner, for the winter months. The utility room houses a washer/dryer. Russell Hobbs appliances and Tassimo coffee machine offer all the comforts of home.
The self-contained walled garden, offers a large decking area with ample garden furniture, offers the perfect spot to unwind after a busy summer’s day on the beach or exploring the local scenery.
Sleeping accommodation consists of three double bedrooms on the first floor, all with smart TV’s and period fireplaces (not functioning).
Bedroom 1 houses a Superking, zip-up bed which can be configured to provide 2 single beds. Please advise on booking which configuration best suits. Bedroom 2 contains a king bed, with bedroom 3 housing a double bed with Memory Foam mattress.
