Enjoy this recently renovated house on "Rua Coronel Águas nº10, Albufeira", just 20 metres from the Beach and the Peneco Lift. A few minutes walk from Albufeira's Historic Centre, full of restaurants, bars and entertainment.



This spacious house accommodates up to 6 people in 3 comfortable bedrooms, all with double beds. The fully equipped kitchen includes all essential utensils, appliances and furniture. The living room and kitchen have direct access to the terrace, equipped with a dining area and barbecue, perfect for outdoor meals and pleasant moments with family and friends.



With 2 bathrooms, both with shower, a spacious living room with TV and free Wi-Fi, the house offers all the necessary amenities.

La maison est charmante et superbement située. Elle est très proche de la plage, et la proximité des restaurants, magasins et autres attractions touristiques a facilité notre séjour. We spent an incredible few days in this house in Albufeira. The location couldn't be better, with the beach just a few minutes' walk away. A charming house in an excellent location

The house exceeded our expectations! The proximity to the beach was one of the biggest plus points, as we could walk there and make the most of our time on the sand. The interior of the house is cosy, with modern and functional decor. All the rooms are very spacious and well ventilated, offering all the necessary comfort. We were very pleased with our stay in this house in Albufeira. The location is excellent, just a few minutes from the beach, which allowed us to make the most of our days by the sea.
