We're delighted to hear that the property suited your family so well, with plenty of space for everyone to relax, unwind, and spend quality time together. It’s especially great to know the sea views, layout, and facilities helped create a memorable stay for all generations. That said, we’re very sorry for the stressful experience you had upon arrival. We completely understand how difficult and concerning this must have been—particularly for you and your husband—and we deeply regret the delay and lack of immediate support in resolving the issue with the key box. This should never have happened, and we are now reviewing both our access instructions and support response process to ensure no guest is ever left in that position again. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the cleaning supplies and dishwasher tablets. While we provide a starter pack, it’s clear that this was not sufficient for a longer family stay. Based on your comments, we’ll be reassessing what we include to better meet guest needs moving forward. Thank you again for highlighting both the positives and areas for improvement. We’re so pleased the rest of your holiday went well, and we truly hope to welcome you back under much smoother circumstances next time.
