Peyia Fontana is sympathetically planted with spacious well-maintained grounds and our choice Complex.

D101, this beautiful 2-bedroom apartment is in the perfect spot for a relaxing break in the Cypriot sunshine. The very spacious and modern open plan lounge/diner is decorated beautifully. There is a large kitchen fully equipped with all you need. There is twin patio doors to the terrace and outdoor dining area, sun loungers and a hot tub! A glass of fizz in the hot tub after a busy day out exploring? So inviting.

Palm trees surround you and the generous terrace, with views over the swimming pool, and sea really make this an oasis of tranquility. The surroundings are well maintained, clean and beautifully landscaped with trees for shade. The perfect spot to gather, sunbathe and unwind.

There is a double and twin bedroom, both with fitted wardrobes and air con units. There is WI-FI and a large Smart TV also. This holiday apartment really does feel like a home from home, so much attention to detail has gone into the décor and furnishings. It is a real gem.

This modern apartment is ideally situated in lower Peyia, close to supermarkets, restaurants and bars with Coral Bay only a 5-minute drive away.

This is the second apartment of Diarmid’s that we have had the pleasure of staying in. Everything was fantastic with every little detail thought off. A large and well maintained apartment, Gorgeous balcony with an amazing hot tub. We had another wonderful holiday, thank you. Can’t wait to come back.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The apartment is huge and very well equipped. The balcony is very spacious and as it is on the end of the apartment block it felt very private. Very quiet complex so we had the pool to ourselves most days. The bed in the double bedroom is very comfortable. It is very well located, 15-20 mins walk to the nearest bars and restaurants and only 5 mins drive to the nearest beaches and supermarket. We would definitely recommend and we will book again.

Great Stay

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay it has been trouble free and so relaxing. The apartment is well equipped and the accommodation was exactly as stated, the bed was comfortable, the terrace is large and roomy even with the hot tub - we will definitely come back.

Lovely relaxing stay

This apartment is a perfect base for exploring the area and relaxing in the hot tub after lots of walking. The host was really helpful in arranging some essential groceries for our first day and available throughout for questions and queries.

Perfect stay

I cannot fault this apartment, it is large, spacious and extremely clean and comfortable, well equipped with everything you need. The hot tub is the cherry on the top, cannot recommend this highly enough. Contact with Aimee was great, she sorted any issues immediately, we will definitely be back in the future

Great apartment

Diarmids apartment is very large and tastefully furnished, the beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped with everything you may need. Diarmid is a great host very helpful and told us the best places to eat in the area

A lovely home away from home

The apartment felt like a warm hug when you arrive after a long travel day. We had a great time and enjoyed staying there. It is well equipped which made our stay even more comfortable. The highlight is the hot tub, we often used to have a relaxing end of our day. Absolutely recommend!

Lovely apartment, the photos don't do this apartment justice. Big space, clean with special touches, where everything was catered, such as games, smart tv, books, shower gel, welcome pack in the fridge. Hot tub was lovely!!We hired a car, for ease of getting around. But you can walk to the bars and restaurants in 15-20 minutes. This is a walk up a hill.

This apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable holiday It was very clean and was kitted out with quality furnishings and accessories. The lighting and hot tub absolutely gave the place that special edge. It provided a relaxing space to chill out after a hot day in the sun

Great 2 bed apartment

Spacious well kitted out apartment Comfortable beds, aircon throughout with ample seating. There is a TV in the main lounge. Outside has a jacuzzi, barbecue, table and chairs and sun beds on a large balcony. There is also a clean well sized pool with sun beds, chairs etc to use in the communal space. Short drive to coral bay 👍👌

Perfect winter getaway

We had an amazing time in the apartment and thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in Peyia, Cyprus. The check-in description was very detailed and therefore very easy. All the beds and bedding were extremely comfortable. Our personal highlight was the hot tub which worked liked a charm and was heated pleasantly! The only downside to our stay was that the water in the shower didn’t seem to get hot on a cold & cloudy day, even though we turned on the boost function like described to us. But honestly it wasn’t a big deal to us & the water wasn’t cold at all, just didn’t seem to get hot…overall we would highly recommend this place!

Beautiful Apartment

Our friends stayed here after our Cyprus wedding and we had 3 apartments on the complex which worked out so well. The apartment was immaculate and well equipped and the pool was lovely to dip in after a long day. Having a jacuzzi on the balcony was an added bonus and Aimee our contact was so lovely, friendly and helpful. What an amazing time we had here.

Fantastic

Amazing apartment with literally everything you need in there! Hot tub and BBQ massive bonus. You definitely need a car when staying here. Massive thanks to Aimee who rescued us on day one when we locked ourselves out! And Dermot the owner for being very helpful at all times. Big bonus for us is that we had lovely neighbours Gill and Dave who were very kind to is whilst we were there. Fantastic holiday.

This is a very high quality rental property with large and nicely furnished living room. It features a large and private enough balcony with a gas grill and a heated whirlpool. It is very quiet. Internet is good enough for high quality streaming. The host is highly responsive.

Review of D101 Fontana Complex

This apartment is in an area only a few minutes from the coast, restaurants and excellent supermarket. It is a modern, larger than average apartment with everything that you need for a comfortable stay included. The communication with both the owner and property agent was excellent and the minor issues that we had were promptly dealt with. We spent a very relaxing month here, so much so that we have already booked for a six week stay later this year. You will not be disappointed by this property.

Almost perfect.....

Lovely apartment with terrace and hot tub. Welcome pack in the fridge to get you started. The only negative was the mattress on the double bed was very soft and you rolled together. My wife and I resorted to sleeping in the single beds that are a lot firmer for a good night's sleep.

Lovely place to stay

We had a fantastic stay and visit to the area. We would highly recommend this apartment and location for those not wanting to be in middle of a busy area. We had a car which we always take that option now and love exploring. This location was ideal for us easy drive to Latchi, Troodos mountains and Pafos is near by. The hot tub is a nice addition to this lovely apartment, very spacious main living area and excellent sized balcony with a great BBQ. There options to eat and bars nearby just a short walk up the road and a lovely village feel with local bars. We ate in a fantastic grill place near the church and would highly recommended checking that out for a meal. The boys were able to go to bars there to watch football and play pool.

Lovely apartment with everything you need

We had a lovely week in the apartment - it had everything we needed and the hot tub was great. Sunloungers on the balcony are very comfy if you don’t fancy going down to the pool. Only slight issue was a blind was missing in the main bedroom and it meant it was very bright in there from 5am. Communication was great, the welcome document was so useful. It would be beneficial if the full address was in the welcome pack as we struggled to find this when we got to the airport. The instructions on where to park and how to access the building and apartment were great. We had a fab time and will be back for sure.

A comfortable and clean home from home.

The Peyia Fontana was easy to find and no contact entry worked well. We found the accommodation to be clean, tidy and well equipped. It is bright, airy and very spacious. All the furnishings and fittings were of good quality and well maintained. Diarmid has put a lot of time and effort into maintaining an excellent holiday home even down to having an electric blanked on the bed which for the first few days (arrived 18th Feb) was very welcome indeed. The outdoor space was very pleasing with a large patio, sunbeds, parasol, table & chairs and a hot tub which is serviced on a weekly basis. Although there is a restricted view of the sea from this apartment it had great views to the side, of the hills and of the pool area. Diarmid and his staff were very responsive to communication, polite and friendly. To summarise: We had a great 6 week stay at Peyia Fontana. The accommodation more than lived up to our expectations. A comfortable home from home base with all local amenities within 5/10 minutes away. A car is advisable if you wish to go to the beaches and shops. We highly recommend this property to anyone considering booking.
