Central, elegant, stylish and comfortable 870sf (80sqm) apartment in the heart of Milan. Fully furnished with all the amenities, including AC, free Wi-Fi and smart TV, making it ideal for business travelers, tourists and anyone looking for a home away from home.It is centrally located within walking distance to all the best that Milan has to offer.The living room, with balcony facing the internal courtyard, is open to a fully equipped modern kitchen and features a spacious sofa area with TV equipped with Dolby surround system.The master bedroom features a wall mounted TV, a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with an ample shower.The guest room offers with queen-size bed with an adjoining bathroom with bathtub. Upon request, this room can be re-configured as an office with a two seats sofa. There is also a service area offering laundry washer/drier.The split configuration layout offers complete privacy with the bedrooms on the opposite sides of the living arena.The apartment has a total of two queen beds and two bathrooms.

Neighbourhood charm

High end finish in kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. Italian luxury renovation in a historic building. Step out into friendly area with bars restaurants and shops.City centre with Duomo a short, easy subway ride.Helpful manager (Giusi) and owner, very responsive.

Milan Family Vacation

We loved the apartment and neighborhood. Attached to the building was a great coffee shop. Started every day with an espresso and some croissants for our daughter. Communication to check in was easy. The owner and team were readily available to answer any questions. We walked to the city center daily. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great Location

Everything about our stay in Milan was great! Apartment was wonderful and was nice to stay in a quiet neighborhood. We had no problem walking to where ever we wanted to go. Also if you needed a cab they would pick you up right out front. Michele was a pleasure to work with. Always answered my questions super quick. I would definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful neighborhood…the apartment was the perfect location all the amenities… and easy to jump on the train. Lots of fabulous restaurants near… and let’s not forget Alessia she was great!!

Great Apartment Close to Milan Center

The apartment was as listed. Clean and roomy for 4 adults. It felt like 2 suites with bathrooms connected to each, as the sliding doors provided privacy. Walking distance to the central train station and about a mile from the Duomo and Galleria. Coffee shops directly across the street and grocery store around the corner. A delightful stay!

Family trip to Italy

Me and my husband and two sons in their 20s took our first family trip to Milan and had a wonderful stay at the apartment! The location was amazing and we had plenty of room for the four of us. The property management was excellent and tended to all of our needs. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you!

Wonderful city centre apartment

The apartment was spacious for two couples. Well located, lots of restaurants, grocery store and metro nearby. The host of the apartment and on the ground colleague were very attentive and were happy to help in anyway they could. We had a wonderful stay snd would definitely return

The apartment is located in the lively and historic area of Porta Venezia.
Porta Venezia (literally: "Venice Gate") and formerly Porta Orientale (literally: "Eastern Gate”) is one of the historical 6 main gates of the city of Milan and its origins can be traced back to the Medieval and even the Roman walls of the city.
Today it is still one of the most important Milan junctions as it opens onto the homonymous district, from which you can access to the Corso Buenos Aires shopping street, Indro Montanelli gardens, the Fashion District in 15 min walking or two metro stops and the historic center in 20 min walking or three metro stops.
It is considered one the coolest and most elegant residence of the Milan upper middle class with its buildings of the '900 and a mix of modernity and elegance where in the frenzy of the main streets you can see modern bars and restaurants mixed with historical shops like shoemakers and haberdashery.
