Carlito’s View: a romantic retreat with sea view and sunset terrace

Carlito’s View is a recently renovated home, located in the heart of Villaggio Maya, in Costa Paradiso. Every detail has been designed to welcome those looking for a romantic and authentic stay, where the slow rhythm of Sardinia meets the comfort of having all services close at hand.

The true jewel of the house is the private terrace with sea view—an intimate and bright space that becomes the perfect stage for Costa Paradiso sunsets: every evening a symphony of colors that never looks the same twice.

Inside, the apartment is designed for two people, with well-kept and functional spaces. The elegant living room opens through a large glass door to the sea, furnished with a sofa bed, smart TV and Wi-Fi connection. The modern kitchenette is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, fridge and everything you need to cook with ease.

The double bedroom, spacious and bright, has direct access to the terrace, while the bathroom—finished in sand and sky-blue shades—features a large glass shower. Every corner has been created to combine comfort and style.

Just a few steps from the house you will find a small center with a minimarket, delicatessen, bars and restaurants: everything you need for a relaxing holiday. A short distance away lies one of the true gems of Costa Paradiso: the rocky cove with the natural pools of Li Baietti, perfect for a refreshing swim or snorkeling adventure.

In just a few minutes on foot you can also reach the coves of Le Sorgenti and the small marina, the ideal starting point for boat trips to Li Cossi or Cala Tinnari. Everything is within reach: the vitality of the village, the wild nature and the intimacy of your private sea-view terrace.

Beautiful location

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed this property. It has all the amenities minus the clothes dryer but that’s pretty normal in Europe. The bed was comfortable, Air conditioning units worked well. The kitchen was well supplied with cutlery, plates and cups. The view is wonderful and although this is a gated private community, there are several small grocery stores, restaurants and taverns. The beach area required a short hike but there was food, drink umbrellas, and lounge chairs for rent for those who don't want to pack it in. Santa Teresa Gulura, Castelsardo, and Isola Rossa are communities with nice beaches, historic castle remnants and full services nearby. This property is great for short day trips to explore which is not what I originally anticipated.

Super Ausblick in schöner Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Alles hat funktioniert auch Wlan und Klimaanlage. Betten sind gut. Ruhige Lage. Man hat einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer. Kleiner Laden und 3 Restaurant in einer Minute zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Pizzaria ist sensationell. Bademöglichkeit 3 min zu Fuss, allerdings Wassereinstieg mit Kletterei verbunden.

Schöne Ferienwohnung, tolle Umgebung. Etwas teuer vorort einzukaufen. Kein einfach zugänglicher Strand. Badeschuhe wichtig. Auto unverzichtbar.

L'appartamento è rinnovato elegantemente e dispone di ogni tipo di comfort, nonchè accorgimenti utilissimi, ogni dettaglio è curato. La vista sul mare ed il patio sono decisamente un plus, la posizione è comoda sia per i servizi che per accedere a "Le Sorgenti". Dovessimo tornare a Costa Paradiso, cercheremo di sicuro di alloggiarvi nuovamente!

Perfektes Feriendomizil!

Die Wohnung war neu und top renoviert. Grandioser Blick von der Terrasse mit täglichen traumhaften Sonnenuntergängen und am Abend auf einen wunderschön angestrahlten Fels im Meer. Eine voll ausgestattete Küche (Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Handmixer, Nespresso- Maschine, Wasserkocher, Akku- Staubsauger…), alle Räume sind mit Klimaanlage, schöne Möbel (tolles Schrank- Garderobensystem im Schlafzimmer), geräumiges Bad mit großer Dusche und Bidet. WLAN super. Smart- TV nur mit ital. Programm. Und das Bettzeug - für Italien ungewöhnlich - ist mit normaler Zudecke (nicht nur ein Laken) und großem Kopfkissen. Fanden wir super. Die Wohnung liegt in einem „Feriendorf“ mit geschätzten über 250 Häusern, die sich verstreut im ganzen Berggebiet befinden. Dieses Haus steht quasi in der ersten Reihe Richtung Meer. Top! Gleich neben der Wohnung befindet sich (200m) ein kleiner Supermarkt - für die Frühstücksbrötchen einfach klasse. Daneben ist ein Restaurant. Von der Terrasse sieht man auf ein anderes Edel- Restaurant + Bar mit großer Freifläche, wo am Abend hin und wieder Veranstaltungen laufen. Sollte man auch früher schlafen wollen - wir fanden aber die gelegentlichen Feste immer toll - macht man die top isolierten Fenster einfach zu und alles ist absolut ruhig. Wir haben in der Fereinanlage sogar ein Kammerorchester (!) unter freiem Himmel genossen, das auf einer Freilichtbühne (300m weg) am Abend spielte. 250 m entfernt sind wir morgens die Treppen zum Haus- Strand runter - traumhaft klares Wasser. Ein Sandstrand ist dort in kleineren 4 Etagen auch anzutreffen. Der nächste richtige Sandstrand ist quasi 1,5 km entfernt (mit Auto 800 m Anfahrt möglich, danach aber noch ein wirklich schöner Fussmarsch über Treppen und Wege am Fels von ca. 650m zum entlegenen traumhaften -aber leider oft überfüllten- Sandstrand „Cala“ in einer Bucht). Es gibt ca. 800 m entfernt auch einen Bootsverleih, wo man 40PS- Motorboote (ohne Bootsführerschein nutzbar) mieten kann. Wir sind häufiger zu anderen sehr schönen Stränden in den Norden mit dem Auto gefahren (ca. 10 km weg). Wir hatten überlegt, Fahrräder mitzunehmen. Das lohnt sich wirklich nicht! Alles ist am Berg. Wenn man zum größeren Supermarkt oben in der Siedlung will, da ist man mit Auto besser bedient (steil). Dort oben gibt es auch Friseur, Mode - Boutiquen, Fischladen, Bäcker...Eine nächste größere Stadt zum Bummeln, Shoppen ist ca. 40 km entfernt (Castelsardo, Santa Teresa). Sehr empfehlenswert!

Tolle Unterkunft mit wunderschönem Ausblick

Wir haben eine Woche zu zweit in der Unterkunft verbracht. Die Größe war dafür perfekt! Die Unterkunft ist in einem modernen Zustand, die Küche hat eine gute Größe, sowie Ausstattung und die Klimaanlage hat besonders nachts sehr geholfen. Die Terrasse mit dem wunderschönen Ausblick auf das Meer ist natürlich das Highlight! Wir würden den Urlaub hier jederzeit wieder verbringen. Um einen größeren Supermarkt zu erreichen, in dem man alles bekommt, muss man ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Auto fahren.
