keine Erholung keine Sauberkeit (SZ /Bad/Küche) Insekten Kühlschrank im Schlafzimmer hohe Feuchtigkeit im Schlafzimmer Fazit: fast kein Platz zu zweit mit Handgepäck Wohnung wurde lange nicht bewohnt.

Sauberkeit/Erholung

mangelnde Hygiene im Zimmer/Küche/Bad (Ausschlag am Körper aufgrund der Matratze, Stiche sehen aus wie die Stiche von Bettwanzen); hohe Feuchtigkeit im Zimmer, diverse Sachen waren oftmals klamm, Nase jede Nacht dicht, obwohl Klima außerhalb trocken und heiß; Insekten bereits ab Tag 1: (Ameisenstraße, Tausendfüßler überall und zwei Skorpione (auf Lattenrost)). Dass solche Tiere in diesen Ländern existieren, ist völlig klar. Jedoch sollte man als Vermieter -vor Einzug der Feriengäste- die Wohnung auch mal genauer angucken & Tiere und Dreck beseitigen; Kühlschrank vor dem Bett (d. h. nachts muss man ihn gezwungenermaßen abschalten, weil zu laut); im Badezimmer Spinnen/Spinnweben, viele tote Ameisen überall, alter Plastik-Duschvorhang sollte dringend ausgewechselt werden; Licht auf Terrasse wurde während des Aufenthalts repariert. Fazit: diese Wohnung/das Zimmer stand vorher sehr lange leer und wurde zum Beginn unserer Mietzeit nicht saubergemacht. Anders kann man sich das sonst nicht erklären. Man kann dort nur mit Latschen umher gehen. Platz für zwei Personen und Handgepäck ist fast nicht möglich. Positiv ist, dass auf diesem Grundstück Mülltrennung herrscht, es ist ruhig, da hinten im Garten gelegen (trotz der kurzen Distanz zur Hauptstraße vor dem Haus); gutes Restaurant 5 Min. Fußweg; kleiner Supermarkt 5 Min. Fußweg
