A luxurious groundfloor apartment of a historic building, this property has been newly renovated throughout to a high standard with no detail overlooked. Just a hundred meters from St Andrews Cathedral, 14 South Street is an ideal, centrally located base with all of St Andrews' amenities right on its doorstep.
The apartment boasts a modern shower room, as well as two beautifully furnished bedrooms, flexibly accommodating up to 4 guests in one superking/twin and one king. To the rear of the apartment is an open plan living, kitchen and dining area, which is immaculately presented. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary for your self-catered stay, including a washer/dryer, dishwasher and nespresso coffee machine.
In addition, there is a private patio area to the rear with an outdoor seating area.
