Welcome to our beautiful house in Santiago De La Ribera. We hope you enjoy your stay! We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind.

A lemon tree is on your terrace where lemons are ripe all year round. Perfect for a Gin and tonic.

As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, coffee maker, toaster a freezer and a microwave.

The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access. Full Spanish and English television. A selection of games and books are provided in the lounge.


This house has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6.
In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed.
In the next bedroom, there is a double bed.
The third bedroom contains 2 single beds.


There is a modern bathroom.
The bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.


Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. Beach chairs and beach towels are provided.

A shopping trolley is provided so that you can take advantage of the weekly market where local produce is in abundance.


House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 11am prompt.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house, only on the front terrace/garden.
- There is plenty of roadside parking available at the property.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
Please be respectful of the neighbours and we ask that after 12 o'clock/ midnight that you keep noise to a minimum.
