aprox 20 min drive for Miami Int Airport and Coconut grove and 30 min from Miami Beach.

Our stay in Key Biscayne was very nice! We were there for a a sailing regatta so only used the amenities 2 days. The beach is gorgeous and the pool was nice. We’d come back again!

Perfect Place for Key Biscayne Stay

Spacious, clean condo in complex chalk full of amenities. Quiet and comfy, well equipped. Location could not be better.

Great location at Key Biscayne

The place was just as listed—clean, well-kept, and really comfortable. It had everything we needed. Host was super responsive and easy to communicate with. We’d definitely come back!

Nice amenities and location

This was a tennis trip with friends and community courts were great. Unit/grounds were clean, great pool/bar area, and location was close walking distance to many nice restaurants.

Fantastic property, great location

The property is exactly as described. It was extremely clean, well maintained, comfortable, and well equipped. Sofia was a fantastic host, with great communication and response times. Would absolutely stay here again.

A Perfect Beach Vacation

The property was very clean and had ample space for my family. We loved the pool bar by the ocean that had delicious food and drink! There was a short (10 min) walk to the beach with access to chairs and an umbrella. You can just show up and enjoy! It was a perfect and relaxing vacation.

Met all our expectations

Our son was married in Miami. The property was close to all events. It was clean & had all the amenities we needed to entertain grandchildren, i.e. pool, beach, restaurants within walking distance. We would highly recommend stay at Key Colony.

Perfect

We went on a family trip with a 2 year old. The pool and the beach were very convenient. There were many children and parents at the pool which gave us great company. We grilled and ate down by the pool a couple of times. The apartment was very clean and well stocked for cooking. Great location for numerous restaurants too.

Perfect spot

We had a wonderful vacation on Key Biscayne. We have stayed on the island many times before and this rental is a perfect spot to both take advantage of everything that the island has to offer and direct access to the beach. Sofia and her team were wonderful to work with and communicated extremely well. All of our questions were answered quickly and Sofia and the team were very happy to work with us when we asked to make some changes to our reservation dates. We will definitely be back!!

Loved the unit

We enjoyed our stay and loved how attentive Sophia was. Great area, walking to everything especially loved the pool restaurant great food! This isn't a bad review by all means just suggestions for future quests. The white couch cover was dirty and the door to the balcony didn't latch.

Beautiful and immaculate condo. Comfortable for all, lovely complex, easy access to Miami. Difficulty securing additional parking spaces, somewhat difficult working w security guards at entrance, even though they were very nice. All worked out in end.

Wonderful Stay

We were visiting the island for a family wedding. Sofia, the host, was VERY helpful and responsive. The property was well kept with really cute decor. We had plenty of towels, and linens for all 6 adults and two infants. There was on site laundry available. The property had security and parking with was excellent. We didn't have time to enjoy the other amenities but we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect family island celebration

The condo was so CLEAN and everything was brand new! Sofia was absolutely the BEST communicator from beginning to end. Comfortable beds and location was perfect for our stay. Plenty of room for our family of 5 adults and one 5 year old, she loved the office aka her “art room”.
