Good location in a quiet area, 200 metres from La Farella beach. Close to the port and shops. Sunny balcony-terrace to enjoy the warm weather and relax.
The apartment has 2 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a triple bunk bed. 2 bathrooms, one with a bath, sink and toilet and the other with a toilet and sink. Bed linen and towels are provided.
Fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, blender and tableware. Leads to a utilities room with the washing machine and iron.
Bright spacious lounge-dining room, well-kept and comfortable, equipped with sofa-bed, armchair, reading lamps, TV, coffee table, lamp. Dining area with wooden table and chairs with French windows leading to the outside terrace. Balcony with awning and outdoor furniture: plastic table and chairs.
Communal outdoor garden and patio area with barbecue. Private parking space inside the grounds.
