Fully renovated last year, the property now features three thoughtfully designed private apartments, each furnished with care and equipped with modern amenities.

This two-bedroom apartment is ideal for those seeking both comfort and convenience. The bedrooms feature two single beds placed together, and there are two spacious bathrooms, one ensuite. Please note that the second bedroom has a fixed window that doesn’t open. A modern kitchen with all the essentials and a cozy lounge area lead directly to a private patio, where you can enjoy the tranquility of outdoor living and take in the stunning sea views.

Private parking is available behind the secure gates, shared with guests from the two other apartments.

## Neighborhood

Burgau and Salema are charming fishing villages nestled between Lagos and Sagres. Tucked into a small cove and protected from the wind by surrounding cliffs, Praia do Burgau offers a picturesque spot for relaxation. It’s the perfect starting point for a peaceful beach holiday or to discover the beauty of the Western Algarve. The area boasts fantastic seaside restaurants and bars, along with several stunning beaches waiting to be explored. If your ideal holiday involves soaking up the sun and swimming in clear waters, this village has everything you need.

Within a 15-minute drive, you'll find three excellent golf courses and some of the Algarve's top surfing spots. Just 8 kilometers away lies the historic town of Lagos, known for its vibrant nightlife, bustling marina, and diverse selection of shops, cafes, and restaurants. The region also offers plenty of activities, including surfing, fishing, diving, golf, tennis, and scenic hiking trails.

## Transit

Burgau is approximately a one-hour drive from Faro Airport, with convenient car rental services available directly in the airport parking lot. Traveling by train takes about 4 to 5 hours.

While public transportation is an option in the area, it is limited, so having a rental car is highly recommended for flexibility and convenience.

Parking in the region is free and plentiful, making it easy to explore the area by car.
