The house is located in the center of Hydra, you reach it by climbing about 120 wide and easy steps. You enter a traditional island courtyard and the interior space, which includes a living room and a bedroom, can be considered as a single space as they are separated by interior windows, a kitchen with all the necessities and a fully renovated bathroom. On the rooftop you can admire Hydra's beauties, sunbathe, enjoy your drink in the afternoon or evening

Soul enhancing visit

The property is clean and well equipped. Dora is a delightful host and is there for you to help you get the most out of your stay. The rooftop deck is amazing and at night the moon and stars light up the sky in calm silence. Hydra is an one of a kind location without motor vechicles or neon. Stay in this apartment as long as your schedule will allow and you will not regret it.

We had a wonderful stay in Dora’s beautiful apartment! The place was clean and spacious, well located with an excellent view from the roof terrace. Dora was so warm and welcoming and easy to contact. I think we’ll definitely like to return soon!

Oasis in Hydra! Add an extra day to your plans if you stay here.

A quiet, beautiful apartment! Theadora was a warm, friendly host. She was very communicative and gave us great insights and suggestions about Hydra. The apartment has a lovely courtyard with a sunshade and stairs leading to a roof top patio with beautiful views. There is a Nespresso machine for morning espresso on the patio. The beds were comfortable and shower was heavenly. The location is close enough so you can walk to town but was fair enough away to be very peaceful and quiet. We weren't really ready to leave... Hydra is small but if you like beaches and relaxing dinners but don't want crowds of the bigger islands, this is perfect. We could have easily stayed 1-2 days longer. Thank you, Dora!

Great little home close to town

It is Hydra, and there are some steps to be climbed to get to it either on foot or by donkey, but our kind host Theodora has a gem of a property at which to stay close to town. It is very neat and clean, with a little inner courtyard for eating dinner and visiting with friends, and a roof top area that can be climbed via a narrow stair case with great views of the surrounding neighborhood and Hydra Town. (This was a really nice feature) We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it for those looking for a rental in Hydra. Dora is a very kind and attentive host and really went out of her way to make sure everything was ready to go. She’s very familiar with Hydra and was a valuable source of advice about things to do and places to explore on the island. Five Stars!

Can‘t decide what‘s greater: Dora or her place

Full recommendation! Dora is a treasure and her place a really nice, cute, clean and modern unique spot. Only thing to critize is that we hadn‘t more time :)
