The apartment comfortably accommodates a maximum of 4 guests and features 1 bedroom along with 1 bathroom. The living room is bright and welcoming, furnished with 1 double sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and opens directly onto a 10 m2 terrace that benefits from a south facing position, offering beautiful views of the sea. The 1 bedroom is equipped with 1 French bed, also measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, ensuring a restful and comfortable stay. The kitchenette is fully equipped and features 4 hot plates, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom includes a shower and a separate WC.
