These 49 sqm apartments feature, 150 Mbps WIFI and a Smart TV with integrated DVD player, an intercom entry system and a washer/dryer. The impressive, well lit, open plan kitchen reception, features contrasting high gloss kitchen with stone composite work surface which is integrated with Bosch energy efficient stainless-steel appliances. The living areas have a dining table with four chairs, a sofa bed and a coffee table. The bathrooms feature a shower over bath, radiators, and large mirrors. The bedrooms have a king size bed with a bedside table and spacious walk-in wardrobe.
This recently built modern development has a 24-hour concierge service, bike storage, communal landscaped gardens and a pond exclusively for residents. On-site secure underground parking is chargeable and can only be accessed with a fob. The maximum vehicle height is 2.4 metres. There’s a very strict no smoking policy throughout the development.

Stanmore Place is just a three minutes’ walking distance from Canons Park Tube Station or a short bus ride from Stanmore station – both on the Jubilee Line. Underground trains run directly into the West End, City and Canary Wharf. A regular service also runs into Central London from Edgware Station on the Northern Line which is just ten minutes away.
The beauty of Stanmore is its proximity to acres and acres of outdoor space. So, when the weather is fine, head out to Stanmore County Park, which is only a few minutes from Stanmore station. The top of the hill at the park offers amazing views over London, with Alexandra Palace, Canary Wharf, the Shard and the City all visible. For sport lovers, Stanmore Golf Club offers a stunning tree-lined course as well as vibrant club house for that all important 19th hole. And if you like your football, you're in luck. The Hive Stadium at Canons Park is home to National League side Barnet, Tottenham Hotspur Women and the London Bees ladies' team.
The development is situated nearby several cultural and entertainment venues including The Royal Air Force Museum and Wembley Stadium both less than 5 miles away.
