This beautiful Indulgence Lakeside Lodge i2 is a 40ft x 20ft double side lodge on the private well stocked Osprey fishing lake which is on The Fairways. This is next door to the current Indulgence Lakeside Lodge i1 .This lodge has 3 bedrooms, open plan living area with dishwasher, washing machine, separate utility room with extra WC, this lodge has 3 toilets in total.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, en suite family bathroom with bath, over bath shower and WC, the 2 further twin bedrooms have full size single beds for your comfort, there is another large family bathroom with shower and WC.There is a huge decking with lanterns, spotlights, stairs with lockable gate leading on to the huge private fishing peg and free fishing for your enjoyment.

Layout

The lodge is open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen, table and 6 chairs, breakfast bar with 2 seats, full size fridge and freezer , cooker and grill, along with dishwasher, the living area has two large sofas one being a sofa bed and one arm chair with a floor space of 40ft x 20ft, smart tv and unit with games console along with a wall mounted fire place, off the hallway there is three bedrooms with TV in all rooms, 2 family bathrooms with a bath and showers plus an additional utility with washing machine extra toilet and W.C


Sleeping Arrangements

This lodge has 3 bedrooms, the master is a kingside bed along with two further bedrooms with 2 single beds in each bedroom.

There is a sofa bed in the living area, use of this is extra charge if you have paid a supplement to sleep additional guests the bedding will be left in the walk in wardrobe, please note when more than 6 guests there is an additional £100 good house keeping/ damage deposit required.

If paid for use of the travel cot and high chair this will be left for you use, please clean after use and put back where found.

Exterior

The patio doors open onto your own private Large veranda , huge square hot tub, the veranda has spotlights and lanterns, outdoor heating for 6 guests , this is secure with gates and steps leading to your own large private fishing peg and free fishing on the private fishing lake, with outstanding views

There is a brick bbq off the decking for your enjoyment

Lincolnshire is one of the largest counties in the country. Here we find miles of beautiful green hills and countryside an area locally known as the "Wolds" This stretches from some extremely historic towns and villages all the way to seaside towns such as Mablethorpe, Chapel St Leanards, Ingoldmels, Skegness and more coastal villages. It is also the home of the beautiful historic City of Lincoln with its fantastic Castle and Old Prison which is definately worth a visit along with the Cathedral which stands extremely proud dominating the Lincoln City Skyline. From the top of the Castle tower on a clear day you can even see the town of Boston (The Boston Stump) many miles way, not for the feint hearted. There are many attractions both indoor and outdoor both in Tatterahll Lakes and also in close proximity of Tattershall.
