Privileged location in the heart of Berck -Plage for this spacious apartment of 60m², all comfort, completely renovated. The accommodation is central with all the shops (restaurants, bars, bakery, pharmacy, cinema ...) at the foot of the building.
The beach is 5 minutes walk.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor of an old building with no lift.
Parking spaces in the street in the blue zone.

It is located on the 2nd and last floor of a condominium of 3 apartments, without elevator.
5 minutes walk from the beach, swimming pool, bowling, bars and restaurants...
Opposite the media library, the bus station cinema and 2 steps from a supermarket.
Food shops in the immediate vicinity.
The apartment includes:

Apparemment bien❗Mais trop proche d'une antenne relais❗

L'appartement est propre et fonctionnel. Il n'est pas situé "à deux pas de la plage" mais à 200 mètres. ❗L'appartement est juste en face d'une antenne relais téléphonique, eviron 50 mètres à vol d'oiseau, ce "détail" devrait être indiqué sur l'annonce❗ Pour cette raison, ma compagne sensible aux ondes electromagetiques n'a pas voulue rester trop longtemps. Nous navons dormi qu'une nuit, nous sommes partis finir notre séjour au Crotoy. Nous sommes loin de l'image des publicités télévisées de situations exceptionnelles. D'autre part, mon interlocutrice m'a reclamé 28€ de taxes de séjour, que je n'ai pas payer car déjà payé à Abritel. De plus la taxe de séjour réelle sur le site internet de la commune, s'élève à 9 euros pour 2 jours, 2 personnes, j'ai donc versé Ce 19 euros en trop de taxes de séjour, ce n'est pas acceptable, surtout que Abritel devrait reguler ce point pour éviter les abus de ce genre. Globalement, mon interlocutrice était très aimable. L'appartement est propre et fonctionnel, Mais trop mal situé, la prestation rapport qualité prix est assez mauvaise du point de vue positionnement environnementale.

Appartement en parfait état, très bien équipé, situé dans un petit immeuble calme. Contact très agréable avec la propriétaire.
